I was here for 30min waiting for an UberEATS delivery order to be made after going to the window, and there was only one other... car in line when I had arrived. They gave me instructions to wait in a parking spot. After about 25min I went in to therestaurant myself seeing another person in there and they told me that they had already closed the inside dining area but thedoor was still open. The associate was actively in the process of finishing the order. I was baffled by how long it took. Goodgrief it was 6 nuggets a burger, fries, and medium doctor pepper. I don't really like to review places however. this Wendy's closed way earlier than there actual closing time, the drive thru... and the dinning area as well. I've also seen them break into fights and just overall a bad experience, I would give it a zerostar If it allowed me. Read more
I?ve been to some bad Wendy?s but this one takes the cake. Wouldn?t take a coupon because it was ?local? and they were pretty... aggressive about it. Stinks inside, had old carpet. Would recommend the in-n-out next door Read more
Took over 45 min to get our food. Once we got it. order was messed up, Burger and fries were cold, and bun in the burgers were... hard and stale. When we were sitting in the restraunt the employees were locking the doors at 5:30 so people trying to come inwere locked out. Over all experience was so bad I took the time to write a review. Been coming here for a few years took a few shots but finally got a consistent menu I enjoy always with the Strawberry Lemonade... almost never have an issue it?s always quick and hot food I will always return. Today I had the Dave single and it?s washeavenly with a strawberry lemonade. Read more
This is what a $12, #9, Large, double patty Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger Meal looks like when ordered at 9:45p. Can't call the... number on the receipt to leave feedback. "Cuz no receipt was given." No ice in the drink whatsoever. Fries were filled less thanhalf, also cold. Burger was barely warm and missing the fried onions. Employee's seemed to be more concerned with closingduties. I won't return to this Wendy's. Property is old and worn and probably should be closed. "The writing was on the wall." Ijust failed to read it. 3 star being the skinny long braided hair black lady in the window on Saturday morning at 1135 am was very rude. Its not my... fault nor is it my problem your manager scheduled 3 people for the shift. Customer service was not at its best' however thesalads are.. Worst service ever. We came through the drive thru placed a simple order. She had us pull to the side in the parking lot.... Waiting for 30min we decide to go back to the drive through to see what was going on. She looks at us and says what! While she?ssmoking. She told us that she already gave us our order.
