At least they get my order right. There is no customer service. They are rude or just totally indifferent. More times than... not, some machine or another is broken, and they don't have what we went to order. A smile and politeness would be nice once ina while. To whom this may concern, I went to restaurant # 00009080. I wanted a Breakfast Baconator meal. It had one piece of bacon on... it. I called to report my meal, the manager answered the phone. I told her about my order. She said I can bring it back. When Igot there the lobby was closed at 9:45am. So I walked to the other door, then to the drive thru window. The window was cracked,I asked for some assistance. The first person (a man) ignored me. The second person (a short lady) walked by, I asked for themanager. The manager came to the drive thru window to look at the sandwich, she said the one piece of bacon was the amount ofbacon that was supposed to come on the sandwich. I disagreed. Then she said that I tampered with the sandwich because she madeit. I asked her to look at it, if I tampered with the sandwich it would show where the bacon was in the cheese. There was nobacon imprint in the cheese. I asked for my money back. She agreed with an attitude and snatched it out of my hand. So I pushedthe rest of it to the floor. The short lady came to get it off the floor then tried to throw it at me. Then the short ladyimmediately got on her phone to call someone about me and was recording me. NOT one time did I get mad or loud. I was talking tothe manager, and had no problems with the short lady. The manager ask me to leave the window because the short lady was gettingangry at me. I told her that I just wanted my refund so I can GO. I don't have time to waste on stupidity. I would have come inthe building but they still have the doors locked after opening hours that are clearly posted on the doors. The manager said shewill bring my refund to my car. The manager and the short lady both could have handle this situation differently. I was tryingto stay calm, I really wanted my food remade. But I guess the customer is not always right. lol I am shocked at how I handledthat situation. I would not go back to this Wendy. They don't know how to treat their customers Read more

Got there to order at the correct open time. Sat there for like 20 minutes and decided to drive off n go around again to see if... they will answer. No one answered to take my order. But clearly I can see them inside. So wasn?t able to get food decided to goelse where. Read more

This place honestly deserves a negative 20. We ordered a fry and two lemonade drinks. Easy enough right? Clearly not.. the... cashier charged us for a chicken sandwich we didn't even order and when we pointed out his mistake all he kept saying was hecouldn't give us a refund so to just take it. How are you gonna charge us for something we DID NOT ASK FOR!? When asked for arefund, he kept saying he couldn't give one. After talking to the manager she kept trying to get us to just get something elseoff the menu, like she couldnt be bothered with fixing their mistake. Didnt even apologized AT ALL, and you could tell fromtheir expression this sort of thing happens a lot by their lack of concern for unhappy customers. The day's experience was not good. I waited in line behind behind someone who had run out of gas ordering at the microphone.... They gothey got their gas and left within about 5 or 10 minutes 2 other cars pulled up that I pulled up to order a mangolemonade that's all I needed. No one came on the microphone right away so I said hello and a rude voice said the driver is addthe drop through is closed right now I'm sorry I'm sorry our systems are frozen up and and I politely said can't I just get amango lemonade I've been waiting about 15 minutes to get 1. She repeated the systems are froze and I said is the manager therestill not upset. She said I am the manager and I said good customer service would give away a mango lemonade I've been waitingall the time she said no I'm sorry our systems are froze, we can't sell anything. She said you can come in to the lobby. Idon't see how that would have helped me. I asked who is the owner and she said this is a franchise. I said I understand thatwho is the owner can I get the phone number there was no phone number on the window for a manager or anyone so she gave me abogus number which I've called and got hung up on I can't wait to go back and talk to the real manager or owner maybe they caremaybe they don't but I won't visit there again to buy. So, we went here about 11:20pm on 05/27/2022 and sat at the order station for 10mins before anyone ever took our order. A woman... sounded extremely upset about taking our order, even though we were very understanding about the wait. Yet, after another 10minswe finally made it to the window, simply to find out that our order had never been processed. A very nice young man came to thewindow and asked us what we had ordered, and explained that he was sorry because they were having issues with another employeewho was not doing her job, and had never put our order in. Obviously this location needs to have better priorities, and I haveto say we won?t be returning. Read more
