Grilled chicken very pale looking, barely ?grilled?. One leaf of lettuce and one slice tomato. Fries were cold, not crispy and... they mixed regular fries with steak fries/wedge fries. All this (plus a med drink) for a whopping $11 and change. ?????? Read more

I ordered through the drive through. first of all the person taking my order kept cutting me off and seemed very impatient.... Second I ordered 5 for 5 they forgot my spicy nuggets that?s cool it happens. I went in the store to get my nuggets, and themanager was like what happened. I told him. Then he wanted to look all in my bag to see if a 4 piece nugget was missing. I waslike if you are going to be breathing and touching on my food and he did not even have gloves or a mask on. I want a new one ora refund. He refunded my money. I don?t expect 5 star treatment at a fast food joint but he came across very rude like I didsomething wrong. He worked October 2nd he was there about 5:30pm he has piercing in his face or nose. Read more

Location has mixed emotions. Daytime shift typically is black and white by the book how much they give you. You ask for sauce... it's one ketchup or bbq sauce for a sandwich, fries and chicken nuggets. If you have special requests to include napkins, it isa bit difficult to get the order right so make sure you check it before you leave. However the order is always wrapped correctlyand is always hot. Nighttime shift is more realistic and is the reason for the high rating. They give you enough condiments tohave a good meal and always give you wt least two napkins so at least you're not left with greasy fingers. Night shift ispreferable and would recommend as opposed to the daytime. Love the business but still questioning location of a solid fivestars would be given. I go almost twice a week drive through, in person and order online and I usually have to go back insideevery other week. Read more

The staff is always so friendly and nice. This last time the manager came over and refilled our drinks ! I know that's not her... job but she saw they were low and insisted on getting us refills. The food is always good and fresh and made how youask. Shows what good management and happy employees can do to a place ! This location was not in good shape (good quality,staff, cleanliness) about a year ago. It has absolutely been turned around in every way. We've gone twice recently and had greatexperiences both times. Read more

This is our first time at this location and even though my husband is super picky, he himself told me to leave an review because... these kids did an AMAZING job taking care of us. Food was amazing! Service was amazing, their attitudes are uplifting and eventhough they?re busy with drive thru, the lobby is clean. Read more

There sodas always taste weird or they are out. They often forget items and sometimes half cook the burgers. Our last burgers... were not cooked all the way and tasted bad. Not all, but some of the staff is unprofessional and don't seem to want to be there.We no longer go to this location. Read more

The worst customer service ever. Sold me 10 piece nuggets after I was asking questions about just nuggets in high volume nuggets... counts. So after ordering 40 nuggets (10 at 4.49 each) we was alerted to the 20 nuggets count @ 4.99 each. The manager refusedto redo our order and told me "next time I'll know". Then he ran and hid in the back. I ask a girl to go get him and he wouldnot come back. I also mentioned the fact that I was asking for options and was told "well you can read right" I will never goback to this location and I would imagine many people feel this way because the place was empty of customers and the employeeswhere all just standing around and leaning on the counter. Go to Watauga. It's worth the extra drive to get good service. Read more

This location is severely understaffed, and is a horrible experience. When I go though the drive thru they usually make me wait... before putting in my order. Probably so their numbers look better then they really are. Today they didn't take my mobile orderat the drive thru and told me I had to come inside to pick it up. When I went inside some of the employees looked lost and werestanding around doing nothing. It also didn't smell clean inside. This location needs a lot of help, and does not reflect wellon the Wendy's brand. Read more
