If I could give -5 stars I would. This place is absolutely awful. They always get my order wrong. The soda all tastes the same... because they don't clean the nozzle (voice of experience). Also most recently they were closed during their open hours with nonotice. This is a complete failure of a facility and should be shut down. Read more

Ordered on the app to save time. Got there after 10 minutes, and was told to go out front for mobile orders, even though I... selected drive through on the app. After waiting for 5 minutes, I went inside. They said they didn't have my order in thesystem. Then, 15 minutes later they said, "it just popped into the system at 1120". At that time it was 1150, so they shouldhave had it 30 minutes earlier. I walked in and I was the only customer? I ordered 2 Junior bacon cheeseburgers, and instead they gave me 2 Junior cheeseburger... deluxe, the man who took my order was very rude? I needed a minute to decide what I wanted at first, and I felt rushed. Well, that was a waste of money. I?ve never been to this location but ordered ahead in the app. After walking in this place,... observing two employees not wearing gloves, seeing the utter amounts of trash around the place, and smelling the burning grease,I just couldn?t.
