The smoothies are fantastic! Service seems slow most days. And special requests are only sometimes accepted i.e. cutting the... sandwich in half when requested. Went to tropical smoothie for the first time and had my two kids with me they had great kids selection yet still healthy the... watermelon mojito is actually really good. Donna was super helpful and was great at helping me select my selections especiallyfor the children. Her customer service and professionalism out classed my expectations. Store was very clean all the otheremployees were super freindly and happy good environment. Dave I think was another one that was really good! Keep it up highlyrecommend this place better then yogurt or ice cream feel better after not heavy. Read more
I work late and it one of the only health options on my way home, the food is great. Unfortunately they consistently close 15... minutes early. Change the listen times. Nothing worse than getting there when it's listed as open and then it's closed and yousee the employees standing around inside. Read more
I ordered a bahama mama, a chicken caprese and jalapeño corn as a side! I also got some jalapeño kettle chips! It was... delicious and smelled and looked delicious!! I was drooling waiting in the drive thru..I haven?t tried the breakfast yet but I?msure it?s delicious as well, the lady taking our order was very kind and patient as we were looking at the menu, especiallysince we came 30 minutes before close! I have given this location many chances as I am a big fan of Tropical Smoothie Café for a long time. However, this location is... not meeting the standard. It started several visits ago. First they were unable to process an award on the app. Next visit Iattempted to pick up my web order through the drive-in and I was rudely rebuked by staff. Next couple of visits I was given thewrong quesadiila (chicken on it that I didn't order.) Yes twice. And prior to this order about 2 weeks ago I placed a weborder. I showed up at the allotted time and had to wait for 10 more minutes. So today I placed an order and it said it would be10 minutes so I showed up in 15 minutes to melted smoothies. When I questioned the staff (manager or owner, not sure) theybasically said too bad and accused me of being a door dash driver. Also my banana was horribly bruised and black and part of thepeel was missing. It's really a shame because as a fan I was so excited for this location opening a mile from my house but Iwill now have to drive to a location 15 minutes away if I so desire. The smoothies are delicious and half the price of Nectar. There are also salads and sandwich wraps which look great- plan on... trying those soon! A very clean establishment as well, with a nice atmosphere. Would come back. Read more
