The food was pretty good, and the service was ok as well. My wife and I ordered 3 items off the menu, as well as a few drinks... which cost over $100. My biggest complaint is definitely the pricing, which was way way too expensive in my opinion, especiallyfor the tiny portions. If it was 25%-30% cheaper I'd consider going again. Read more

Really excellent sauces here. The achiote, salsa Verde, salsa Roja, cajeta, chocolate, each was complex and packed with... flavor. I would suggest specifying if you like your eggs a certain way, he default is sunny side up. Churros are great pick toshare dessert. And the Flor Oaxaquena cocktail is worth checking out l too! Can’t wait to go back. Came on Taco Tuesday’s exclusive menu. Regular and brunch menu also looked tasty. Indoor vibe was... cozy and fun. Spent moments at upstairs bar and on the patio (not the best shade, pick your times). Heat lamps, fans, plasticenclosures for rain/wind. Great date night or first taste of South Main Street district. Multiple Mezcal flights on theregular menu. Worth the trip. Read more

Was closed 11pm on Friday night despite advertising being open until... midnight. ____________________________________________ Amanda is the best! Such a vibrant personality and makes you feel supercomfortable. I enjoyed my visit. Drinks were great, food was AMAZING. I loved the shrimp skewers and the fish tacos the best.Maybe not the Octopus dish. Was too heavy for me. And I feel sorry for the Ocopus ??????????????? Great ambiance. Other guestsseem always very nice and friendly and easy to make a casual conversation with. Has a second floor dining area as well asoutdoors, the can be booked for private events. I will definitely return! 100% recommended Read more

Great location on South Main. The staff is friendly. The food is fantastic. The only issue is prices are a little high. 2... appetizers and 2 drinks ran $80 with tip. But the quality really is up there. I'll be back, but just maybe not as often as I'dlike due to pricing. That's the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Read more

Another Ft Worth “foodie” told me about Tinies and suggest giving it a try. We showed up to Tinies around 3pm on a Saturday,... the dining room was fairly empty with at least 5 open tables. I was immediately told by the host that if I didn’t have areservation, they could not seat me. My only option was to sit at the bar. I ended up leaving. I made a reservation and cameback for brunch on a Sunday. We were seated at the smallest table in the building and I asked to be moved to a regular sizedtable. After allowing us to move to a different table, our server came by and took drink orders, we also ordered the Empanadasas they seemed very popular. The empanada filling was tender and delicious, but the outside was more like a soft dough insteadof a crispier texture. Not sure if this is normal or if we got premature empanadas. We also ordered the Pappas Y Hongos and Torawith side salad. If you don’t read anything else, read this next sentence: If you are not a mushroom fanatic, do not orderthis menu item. I was under the assumption that this would be more heavy on the potatoes, eggs, etc with some mushrooms mixedin, but that was not the case. I basically got a plate filled with carmelized mushrooms with a side of soggy potatoes and afried egg on top. It was very hard to eat and it was really disappointing. The Torta was good, but it was mostly bread and somelettuce leaves on the side. For 3 food items and water, our bill was $50+ and the plates were very small. Not sure if“Tinies” refers to their portion sizes or something else, but overall unimpressed. I posted some pictures as well to showthe food complaints. As you can see, the Torta is mostly bread with minimal fillings. The salad is basically a few lettuceleaves with stuff thrown on top. Overrated. Can’t recommend this place based on my two experiences. Read more

Love the ambiance reminds me of a modern antique home in Mexico. Everyone was friendly and very quick service. We got there at 9... pm and by 9:30 we had our drinks and food ???? The weather was cold and we could not go out to the patio but the rooftop looksamazing. Food was divine I recommend the trio guacamole, empanadas , octopus ???? and Steak Tacos Read more

It was delicious and fun and cool! I had dinner here with my husband and his coworker couples and it was perfect. Cute enough... design+good food :) i also liked how they had four different places options (first floor indoor, patio, second floor indoor, andpatio which is rooftop with downtown view). Loved loved their 3 guacamole sets with unique chips! Definitely would come back ifi visit FW next time. Read more
