Absolutely gross ???? The worst service I have had in a very long time
Food that's REAL FOOD not flash Frozen then heated up... REAL FOOD MADE FRESH..
very poor service they had to get 4 people involved, then still got the order wrong, then tried to say that I did not pay the... bill, even after the man that took the order told them I paid them. They need to get someone in there that can at least run thethe register. Taco Bueno better and cheaper. Read more

Me and my wife went to taco casa in Duncanville,Tx store # 50 I was very disappointed I had order 10 Tacos and one beef burrito... and super Nachos that was supposed to have chips and meat which was hardly any meat and no chips and to top it off they gave methe wrong burrito it was supposed to be a meat burrito and we tried calling the manager and no answer me and my wife was verydisappointed I had just got into Dallas from working along shift and I thought I'd stop at taco casa to get something eat forme and my wife would always eat here we loved the food but never had an issue until now I will not come here any more and whenmy order was taking the girl who came to the car she was on her cell phone never paid attention to what I wanted they end upgiving me some one else's order who does that!! ???????? very up set and I was not gonna go back all the way to Duncanvilleafter along day of work and i had just got into Dallas and Very tired I just wanted to come home and eat and when I got home tosee what was in the bag I was up set I'm a truck driver and tired and having to drive all the way back for a mistake that theymade people who come here please, check your food cause you may end up not getting your food that you pay for it's just likegetting Rob!!!???????????? Very disappointing. The fact that each store is a franchise it seems there's no consistency. Had a very bad experience at the... Abilene store on Buffalo Gap. If the store owner can decide to do whatever they want they should not be able to put the brand onthe building. Read more
