Went to taco bell last night and them could they give a fresh tacos please. Because, every time I come, my tacos are always... soggy. We waited a few minutes, dang! To get all 3 of my tacos soggy! I was afraid to even eat them because they tasted likethey way was dipped in water! I just couldn't finish the meal. I hate waisting my money on rotten food! Food was 'Taco Bell good'. Was very disappointed that they had no Mountain Dew Blast ZERO, despite the fact that my order was... accepted by the app. Lady working said this location does not carry that flavor. (It was listed on the fountain machine, butdispersed 100% soda water.) Read more
As I entered a gentleman and his daughter were walking out, he stated ?good luck getting any service, they?re all on their... phones?. I walked up to the counter and stood there for two minutes with no response from any of the employees, all were ontheir phones paying no attention. I simply walked back out to the car. Guess I?ll find another Taco Bell or restaurant to eat atinstead. I wonder how many other people are doing the same thing, this location must be making a lot of money since they don?tfeel like they have to serve all paying customers. Read more
This Taco Bell is clean, updated, and the service is pretty good. We ordered about $30 worth of food and the order was perfect.
Very unprofessional staff, they walk around like they are miserable, and are careless about everything. The ice machine was down... and they ignored me, when all I was trying to do was get some ice. When I told the staff member to just keep the empty cup forthe drink (since they were ignoring me) she responded "okay" and went about her business. The staff rushed taking my order ( I was 1 of 2 cars in line). I asked for them to double check the items in the bag because... the last time we were missing a queso. Missing a Mexican Pizza this time. I checked the bag quickly in the drive through butI had 3 meals all in 1 bag and couldn't tell the pizza was not inside. Can't go back to correct the order because I am on mylunch break and no one is answering the phone so I can get compensated on my next meal. It is 4pm ona Saturday, they are notbusy. Would really appreciate if someone would get back to me. All other food was good and in good condition. Staff was niceshould just work on patience so they can take the order and send out the food correctly. Read more
