Last couple times I've gone through the drive through the employees seem to just be goofinf off or giggling talking to each... other. Kinda sassy which is a little understandable but at least get the food right no? Place seems to be struggling to get goodemployees lately. I know it's fast food and not a 5 star restaurant, but at least act like you care about your job/customers. Read more
Although the food was hot and tasted good, I'm giving this store 2 stars. I'm very big on hygiene, and these employees are... obviously not. The two ladies in the back after preparing food had not changed out gloves in the 45 Minutes I had been there, notelling how long they had them on before I had arrived. While handling food handling boxes, utensils paper and standing aroundtalking with arms crossed not once did I see them remove the gloves wash their hands and refresh their gloves. The cashier leftthe front area and when a customer came in he had to get someone's attention because the ladies were just standing aroundtalking, then the cashier reappears and took to the register without washing his hands.I noticed while their was no customersthere was trash on the floor and the women's bathroom had no paper towels..employees were just standing around talking andcashier was playing on his phone.lthat is very unprofessional..as a manager these things should not be ok..hand washing andcleaning should be a priority, ..
