Don't waste your time because it will be a lot of your time. I was car #4 in line. From start to finish, 25 minutes.... Ridiculous. I'll drive out of my way to Hulen location. It will probably take less time. I think this post Covid lack ofstaffing issue is just an excuse for poor service and lazy people. Read more

Now I remember why I don't affiliate with this Taco Bell on 3150 Sycamore School Rd., store # 023472, because of the lack of... care as a fast food restaurant. The service was EXTREMELY slow. After I finished ordering & paying for my food at Kiosk 2, itstill took almost 30 min to get my food. There was NO customer service when you entered the restaurant nor when you were at thecounter. (that was the reason for me going to the kiosk) If I was a health inspector, from what I saw, I would have made themclosed their doors immediately!!! I wish 'smell-a-vision' was real so I could of let you smell the burnt grill I smelled. TheSierra Mist was off but I didn't realize it until after I had gotten home. It would of been cheaper and faster to of went tothe Walmart behind Taco Bell and bought everything and made it myself. Lesson learned & etched in my memory. Who knows, maybeyou will have better service than I did or have lesser standards than I do!!! P.S. I almost forgot, there were NO LIGHTS ON INTHE PARKING LOT. The building's outside lights were also off. 2 stars is because the restroom was clean. Read more

Customer service at this please is "non-existent!" And it appears like "they must have the lights in the parking lot off on... purpose to deter customers" or something??!! It's 10pm and it's pitch-dark outside!! So I went to the drive-thru only to be toldthat I needed to pick-up my delivery order from inside... now I'm stuck behind another customer in line! I go inside only tohurry up and wait! Where is management here? It's obvious the reflection of management shows in the staff, and they both areunsatisfactory!! Read more

Accidentally ordered food online from this location instead of the other Sycamore location, so this was my first time here. The... man at the window was nice. We had a large order and everything was correct and is very delicious. Not skimpy with ingredientslike other places are sometimes. Thanks a bunch!!! Read more

Is this is normal?? I tryout the spicy potato soft taco and is was really hard to bite and chew so I found out it's looks like... all burn I'm just wonder is that normal or not, so I never try that taco again thanks Read more

Thank you Craig for giving us these free drinks, after telling my wife that the reason we were waiting 15 long minutes in line... for these was because "that's the way fast food WAS".. no, this is not the way fast food is, if only you would have beenhelping, everyone would have had a more pleasant visit at Taco Bell's drive thru. Fast service, cashier was very friendly and polite. Offered multiple sauces since I ordered 2 party pack tacos. Taco night was... great! The food was well presented. Shells not all broken. They didn't rush and have everything thrown together. Great servicethis time. Read more
