Ordered some cheesy bean and rice burritos with no jalapeno sauce. They still had jalapeno sauce and we're spicy AF. And we got... some crunchy tacos and we wanted no lettuce, still got lettuce. Proceeded to take the lettuce off my taco just to come to therealization that there was barely any meat on the taco. It was a ridiculous amount of meat. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been too. The mgrs are sorry excuses for human beings, they are way too serious when... corrected, and still have yet to correct thier $30.00 mistake!!! I will never again go here. Read more
For starters: This is the best Taco Bell I've been to out of like, 20 of em. I do want to note I ate around 11am so it wasn't... too busy and my food was done pretty quick, my melty burrito was nice and steamy. Lastly, it do keep in mind this is a biasedopinion because any other taco bell I've been to refused to customize my order or always give me the run around. Myreview: The food was great, the service was amazing. Very kind workers and the cashier was super helpful in customizing myorder despite the limited item no longer available. While I'd like to wager the prices are steeper than I remember,realistically its not like the workers set the prices: so ima need everyone who's broke to stop talking smack about high pricesand make your own damn food at home if you wanna complain. I stopped in to get a drink while waiting for a co- worker to pick me up. I asked for a small drink and they told me they were... out of small cups so I had to pay for a medium drink. What a great way to make more money for this company. will not return. Read more
I love the food. Came about 9:30 and the night crew is a joke. This is Sunday and everywhere else closes at 9, including my... bbq restraunt. This is the time rush our will hit because they are the only one open. Drive through was to long so I order togo inside and you can't tell who is running the store because everyone has there own personal sweater on and head phones. Ladytells me 10 minutes max. I ask the female customer next to me how long she had been waiting. She said 30 minutes. This isridiculous. The general manager here needs to be fired or understand in that position you work where is most needed. Lots ofareas of opportunity with a better gm. Read more
Horrible service. The manager Jada would rather be on her phone and taking hits off of a vape with her friends than take a... order. And when she does take a order she's way too busy arguing yelling or texting through the order. Not to mention herhorrible attitude. Is one of the dress codes mandatory to smell like weed? It's Taco Bell, so i have very manageable expectations but it is still my favorite fast food. So it's quite depressing how... consistently terrible the service is at this location and this is the third time in a row I've gotten completely wrongitems. Impressive if it wasn't so sad. Read more
I waited an hour for my food, a lady was telling people they are working on all orders. When I finally asked how long it was... gonna be we find out they can?t find my order, which I order from their kiosk. She told me if I want a refund I?d have to do itfrom the the app because they can?t, I hadn?t asked for a refund. They finally get me my order and when I get home it?s wrong,so I decide to go on the app to get a refund like she suggested and there is no where to request a refund. Try to complain thruthe app and the website and once I hit submit both go to a ?page cannot be found?. Read more
