The trash container was near the door and was the first thing I noticed because it was overflowing. They must have had a big... lunch run. I always liked Taco Bell because the crunchy taco were crisp. Today they were soggy. I couldn't believe how soggythey were. The bottom of the shell totally disintegrated. This is the best Taco Bell to go to in the Westside of Fort Worth area! I had received the wrong order and drove about 20... minutes away to my destination. Unfortunately I didn't follow the number one rule for drive thru, which is checking your orderbefore you leave the parking lot. I was a little irritated when I got home and noticed I did not get the right order what soever. I tried to call the store numerous times, no one answered, so I finally caved in and drove the 20 minutes back and waitedthrough the drive thru line again. Anyways to make a long story short every team member at this location is awesome! Theylistened to my complaint and fixed it right away with a smile despite my attitude I had. However there were two crew membersthat were especially helpful and exceeded my expectations beyond belief, which were Cameron G and Anytria S. They werecompassionate, eager to find a solution, and just all around greatness. The night / overnight crew is the best here! Please givethem all raises, they truly deserve it! Read more
I was sent here to pick up an order for Door Dash and when I pulled up, the employees (3 of them) were actually right outside... the door smoking weed! Once inside, the customer's order hadn't even been started, in which I stood there for a good 10 to 15minutes before someone even waited on me! One word: GHETTO! Read more
