My husband and I grabbed some lunch here today and the employee with red hair was extremely friendly, polite, and made our... sandwiches perfect. The store was spotless from our end. This is wayyyy more than I can say for the Subway on 377. It is closerto our home and we refuse to go there. The employees and food are horrible. I read the reviews for this location before postinghere and we?ve never had a problem here. Today was just extra great. So thank very much, once again, to the employee with thebright red hair. They made the perfect comment when I commended them on their customer service. ?The way I look at it is,without y?all, I don?t have a job.? That?s the way it should be. Read more

This subway has gone downhill bad! Walked in the door and first lady in the back working started dropping f bombs and just... seemed to be having an overall bad day in general. She was working the line. Another tatted lady with super short hair beganworking the line also major attitude seemed new but had horrible chip on her shoulder. When my friend tried to pay there was aproblem with the card. The tatted lady with the short hair just stood there giving dirty looks, no assistance she then startedusing lots of profanity dropping " f bombs" , escalating the situation unnecessarily. All my friend did was ask her forassistance with their card because they thought maybe since the worker is as new perhaps, they were doing something wrong ontheir end or maybe there was a problem with the credit card machine. They new their card had been working and should befine. Finally, after being cursed out, berated, humiliated, by the tatted women with short hair, the first lady came over reranthe card and Guess what.... it worked perfectly fine!!!! It was an error on the tatted women's part. She had missed a step! Noapology, no reprimand, no compensation. Nothing.... What ever happened to the concept of customer service?!? I went to this location Monday at 4 pm. The girl with green hair kicked me out and said she was too busy to take any orders,... Even though she was only serving one lady that was in front of me. Completely unprofessional! Read more

The female worker was nice, but our sandwiches barely had meat on them including the double meat one. Should have had double the... meat but it barely had meat. Lesson learned, I was standing right there but had 4 sandwiches and was occupied with kids. Read more

Coming from out of town for a doctors appointment and stopped at this subway while in the area. I?d had a bad, day but the... people that served us today (a lady named Ashley and another guy I didn?t catch his name) gave us the best customer service I?vehad at a restaurant EVER! being a former subway employee I love the work ethic I seen from the crew in just the little time Iwas there! I get the same thing at every subway and I was just so excited to eat my food from this one! they made our sandwicheswith love as which miss Ashley told me they did! I walked out the door thinking this is an experience that really makes youthank god for the beautiful people on earth. In 3-5 minutes! I will never forget my experience with them! Read more

I've eaten here a couple times in the past and it was ok, but the last two times I came here and ordered, the lady behind the... counter was less than friendly. This place appears to understaffed and employees overworked and very stressed (not happy toprovide service). Their inventory is also not well managed. They could not make any of the sandwiches I wanted. Yesterday Idecided to try this place again....as soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a frustrated working telling me thewait was going to be over an hour long due to a large online order that came in.... I just walked out. Maybe its an employeeissue, or maybe its a management issue... either way. If I ever want to eat Subway again, I will go to Jersey Mikes instead. Read more
