Parmasean, it's important for customers to wash their hands first before food. Been to this subway in Walmart twice for doordash orders and both times there is an employee who showcases unprofessionalism.... Cussing at other workers, rude, bad attitude and just all around seems like he no longer care for this job. Don?t know theperson?s name, but he?s tall and slim. All of our sandwiches were incorrectly made... Sodas were carbonated water... and when we called to speak to manager he refused... to answer and let an employee speak on his behalf. We could hear him replying in the back to call and complain to Door dash. WTHdoes Door dash have to do with our food not being made correctly? Extremely poor management Read more
Ordered 8 sandwiches and 5 of them were wrong. Wrapper said steak and it had ham. Manager said he couldn't do anything for us... and that the carrier would be responsible. We all just wanted what we ordered. Worst customer service ever. Read more
Worst store ever!! I order online, got to the store to pickup my order store was closed. I paid for my order online and never... got it. The next day I called and spoke with the manager and was told. The guy closed the store early and left and she didn'tknow why and that she had to look at the cameras and speak with the owner. I was reassured by the manager that I would get myrefund by the end of the week. I did not get my refund, and now she will not return my calls. After leaving this closed store Iwent to the other Subway by TMobile and had to order the same sandwich and paid again. I will never order from Subway in Walmartagain. Read more
