The toaster oven works! Finally got a warm sandwich. Staff is nice and respectable.
Whats wrong with the employees at this location. Not a single work ethic in any 0f them. I stood there at checkout and this man... kept cracking jokes and swearing with his team members and avoided me for almost two minutes. I found a hair on the bread of my sandwich before I even got to take one bite of it. When I took the sandwich back the manager... was very rude and disrespectful. He even whispered to his employees that he thought I was lying. I will never return to thislocation. Read more
The manager remembers my name even though I stopped going to TCC for a year, they make it seem like a personal 1 on 1 experience... and are generally a treat to order from. Food always looks great when I go here. Read more

So I've given them more chances (mainly because they are my only choice for lunch after school), and they have redeemed... themselves. On my last visit I did hear a manager getting angry at the oven, but I've noticed how polite they try to be to theirguests now. I don't get much time in between my classes, so it would be great if they had faster service. I'll give y'all thatlast star once I see more change. Don't let this review take you guys down.
