PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Me and my friends just wanted to get food last night (10/22/22 around... 8:35pm) . We walked in with no problems, we weren?t rude AT ALL. The man that made our food was rude, called his mom and toldher not to leave until we left because we were disturbing him (me and my friends were the only customers) . After making ourfood and paying us out (Even after tipping him) he then followed us outside and negatively brought my sister up who was notaround at the time (guessing they knew me from my sister).They then both threatened my life over something that had nothing todo with me.When the whole problem was situated my friends and I asked if we could get refunds (with our receipts and food inhand, hadn?t even took the food out of the bag) He then said no and turned us around because ?there was no manager around? lasttime I checked a manager should always be on duty during all shifts. Being that we couldn?t get our refunds we ate the food- Iam currently at home with food poisoning The point: -There were ants ~????~ in the fountain drinks -He didn?t change his glovenot one time since we had been in there. -He had an attitude then threatened my life -Wouldn?t let us get our refund which heover charged -Refused to call a manager - Put his hands on me ( A 5?1 female) Now if I sue I?d be wrong Read more

Very clean Subway and all the ingredients were very fresh. The girl working was super friendly. I always get the same sandwich... but I did notice that there are a ton of new sandwiches on the menu. My go to is the Italian BMT on flatbread! Yum and it hitthe spot! Read more
I came here tonight to this location and I forgot to ask the two women who were working, what their names were! BUT they were... the nicest people I?ve ever interacted with at a Subway chain. Those girls deserve a raise. Especially for being so awesome anhour before close! I wish them the best and I know they?re making that location awesome. Read more
Trash service and workers. I placed a order online to be brought out and bc they were out of bread and didn?t mention it to me... I waited 45 minutes for my order which wasn?t done when I went in because they had ran out of the type of bread I requestedonline. No one ever came out to my car to tell me that they didn?t have the bread that I had placed on my order. Had not goingto say anything to her I would?ve been sitting in my car for possibly two hours waiting on a sandwich from Subway. Update: Thelady (older Black woman) was extremely rude after I got my food I began to eat with my children I waited 45 minutes in Texasheat with and my order was wrong. Not to mention the price of gas while waiting. I went back in to her that my order was wrongand she was speaking to someone verifying if the promo that I had used was even a valid promo and I ordered online it was anoffer it had to be valid. I instantly felt offended by hearing that call. I didn?t tell her ma?am my order is not correct yougave me three chicken sandwiches and I ordered a separate sandwich she took it up on herself to argue with me and told me sheknows she made my sandwich. She has such a bad attitude the guy who works there ended up fixing my sandwich for me in theprocess I told her you didn?t make a sandwich with everything I requested and she just kept saying I made your sandwich I madeyour sandwich she never made my sandwich. I spent A total of one hour and 10 minutes waiting on three sandwiches at thislocation I was late for my doctors appointment and she didn?t care at all. Due to the area that she works in which is aMedical district area she should be concerned about the time and the way she treats her customers because you never know whowalks through that door. We are at this location yesterday. Terrible. Workers were new, they had almost no bread at all, the tea was soured, lady didn?t... have great attitude either. They had attitude about using coupons even though we had 4 people in our party, said managers onlylet them use one even though we had 4 people buying sandwiches!!! Really?. They need more than 2 people or more training. Saidthey ran out of bread, tea was terrible. When I told the worker about the soured tea which had an old time stamp on it, shetold other worker they can?t change it yet, the manger doesn?t like that either, can only change one time??? Pretty sure managerdoesn?t want to serve hot soured tea. Some of the fountain drinks were out, no soap in bathroom, not a great location. I wouldnever go back here if it was only subway in Fort Worth. We have went to many subways, the great fresh bread, flavorful tea orother non- soda product is a healthier choice that people want , since they want to eat healthier food at subway. Verydisappointing in many ways. Subways just can?t run out today bread. Got to have more than few loaves of 1 type for a largelocation like this! Read more
This subway has the best employees. Their cookies are always stalked. I enjoy being around people who enjoy doing what they do,... by far one of the best subways where I've recieved service. Read more
