The employee said you cannot use bathroom. My plan was wash my hands first then order. He told me to order first.
They got my order wrong. They put the wrong kind of meat on my sandwich:(
I attempted to eat here a few days ago. The countertop area looked extremely dirty crumbs and didn?t looked wiped down at all.... The food was uncovered and it looked old and sitting for awhile. We still were going to continue ordering but they didn?t haveherb and cheese bread and it was just chicken rotisserie chopped up. So we didn?t proceed to order instead we went to Kroger andgot French bread and a rotisserie. It was fraction of the cost. I?m glad we didn?t eat there after all. They ran a special on a new roll out on sandwich and I had to run around fort worth and every store I went to didn't participate... in special. At one store I talked to a GM. And was told that the owner never told her of special so she would not honor therequest to give out the roll out. I went to five stores. None participated in special. Subway just ran a scam to getsales. Very disappointed. Read more

Was clearly given less meat on one rotisserie chicken sub versus another rotisserie chicken sub made side by side and was... shorted on cheese. Not a great location to continue visiting. Staff always looks sketchy and/or annoyed with everything, plusthey're sometimes smoking right outside the front door. Going back to the Vickery or Hulen location. Read more
I did not like the service that was given.For the simply reason if I buy a 12inch an u tell me that in order for me to get it... wrap in half u have to charge me double then what the point of buying a 12 inch. Out all subway stores this one is the only onedoing this. Read more
