We have ordered 2 sandwiches online for pick up, when we got home we couldn?t tell which one was which, the sandwiches looked... like it was all mixed together thrown on the sandwiches and squished the bread and the left a note on one sandwich, like reallyy?all couldn?t take it off or make another sandwich. I had high expectations, I feel like they need to be retrained orsomething. And I work in the food industry I wouldn?t serve what they served me or how they served it. Read more

The 5 o?clock staff today was great, only 3rd time being at a subway. Staff help me get a delicious sandwich.

Tried to pick up an order 30 minutes before clothes a few weeks ago and was bum rushed out saying that they had to close the... doors due to cleaning the restaurant. I visited the location four days ago with 15 minutes to spare before they close. I wastold by an associate that they had to close early so that they could clean and get out on time. I asked her what time did theyclose and she said 9 o?clock. It was a quarter to I said is there no way you can make a sandwich for me to go? She said no theyhad to Close early so they could clean. When I asked her for the manager on duty, she said there wasn?t one. When I asked herfor the corporate office she said she didn?t have it. I told her that I would be reporting this to the corporate office and shesaid if that?s what you gotta do that?s what you gotta do. These people represent Subway and if it was my company I?d make surethat they no longer work for me. I submitted a request for someone to return my call on their corporate website. Four days laterstill no response. Stay clear of this location later in the day, things seem to be going downhill at this restaurant. then theywonder why they go out of business and people are out of a job and the franchisor is out of a business Read more

My mom is obsessed with subway and always asks me to get her some on my way to her house and thus location is very close... I've... never had many issues; however, recently 3 times in the past month, there's been handwritten notes saying they will be back in20 minutes... with their employees just hanging out inside.. one time I waited 32 minutes because my mom was craving it and theystill never opened the door and I just ended up leaving. After this 3rd time, I just won't be coming back. I'll just driveelsewhere. I'm a manager at a restaurant and I honestly don't think the head person there has any idea this is happening. The girl that made my sandwich wasn't in a great mood the day I went in. she made my sandwich with no kind of love she didn't... put certain veggies I wanted I was very unhappy when she just rolled her eyes as I was telling her what to put in my sandwich. Ididn't get her name which I should haved, I was going to call corporate but I had lost my receipt at this point I don't thinkI'll go back but I hope they do better about the employees they have. This is a great subway. It may happen, but I have never had a bad order. The bread is always fresh, and my order is exactly... like requested. (I mostly order via app). Also, everyone is so friendly. This location is not a gamble. If you enjoy subway,this is a great location. Read more
