Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with subway. I waited for 20 minutes and the person behind the counter I believe his... name was Jamie kept on telling me to hold on because the orders were coming in through the mobile service and because he failedto check the system he made me wait even longer which kept me and my spouse from getting lunch on her lunch break which is anhour long. I told him that I would have to leave because I've been waiting for too long and he said "oh yeah that's fine." It'swrong and I feel completely mistreated as a patron of this establishment. He allowed me to wait as I was standing there on myphone, I kept on looking at him and the only thing he could say was, wellI have orders coming through. Also considering therewas nobody in line when I went into the establishment it's completely unacceptable for him to allow someone to wait 20 minutesand then pass them off as though they had just walked inside. Honestly I would not even recommend going to this establishmentconsidering there are other better sandwich locations in this area, if they want to take our business for granted then so be it. Gave this place one last chance, ordered for pick up, of course got there and nothing was even started. Asked for sandwiches... to be cut into 3 pieces. Of course 2 sandwiches were cut into 2 pieces and 1 noteven sliced at all. Oh ya, I placed the order 2 1/2 hours prior. Read more
