We had Steak and Shake for our first time recently. Our food was warm and properly prepared so no complaints. The interaction... with the person at the drive through was short so nothing much to say there. They weren't overly friendly nor rude. The burgerwas ok, nothing I would go out of my way to recommend. This place has gone down hill. It's been a few years. No longer have staff that take your order. Shake glasses are gone. Paper... straws. Food quantity and quality is both abysmal. $1.30 extra for onion rings and you get 7 partially cooked/doughy rings. Read more

Was craving some shakes so we pulled up here. I can easily say they did not disappoint. I got the Reese?s peanut butter cup... shake and my fiancé got the Oreo shake, they were delicious! We looked at the menu while there and they have lots of cheapmeals for a decent amount! Will be coming back here when I?m hungry for a burger! Read more
I?m normally not the type to leave a bad review but with how bad my experience was today, I feel like I need to. I ordered a... grilled cheese with extra cheese. It wasn?t busy or anything, we were the only ones there plus a couple behind us. My ?grilledcheese? was basically just cheese on slightly toasted bread and I could literally pull it apart and the cheese was solid andstill cold. My boyfriend ordered a shake when we got there and didn?t get it until we were leaving. He wouldnt even have gottenit if he didn?t go up to the counter to ask them for it. Read more
