"Angel" obviously has no knowledge of what being a good manager is. Being kind can really go a long way in someone's day. Keep... it simple. You are just selling coffee and sandwiches. It's not that hard to be a kind person. If a person asks you to replacean item. You definitely should replace the item without question.
