Been coming here for about a year... kind staff, terrible terrible coffee every. Single. Time. *Edited* Perfect example of the... product they put out. Clearly not what was ordered. Also, I know it says the Americano is blonde but I can assure you it isnot. Went in for a coffee at 540pm on a Sunday. Supposedly they close at 9pm but they didn't have coffee and the girl working there... said they were out of iced coffee....Starbucks is a coffee shop right? I said, you are out of coffee???!!. Ordered a trenta passion tea with blueberry flavoring and was charged the price of two teas. The cashier said I was charged the... extra $4 for the blueberry. First time I have ever been charged more than 80 cents for extra flavors. When I told the cashierthat she charged me for a 2nd tea and not just flavoring she kept telling me that she rang it up correctly and refused to fixit. This was a great Starbucks until today and I can go across the street to a Starbucks that charges me $4 less for the sametea. Read more
They make good drinks and are always ready when you get there. I use mobile pick up all the time and 3 out of 4 times going... there they had made the wrong drink. Always order hot Carmel macchiato, twice they made ived Carmel macchiato and once it wasnot even the same drink but instead a carmel frappuccino which i said it was ok as i was in a hurry and guy seemed irritatedbecause i said that it was wrong drink they didn't even give difference between price of the two drinks or even offer anythingto correct issue Read more
