I used to love coming here when it first opened, but then some of the staff changed and some of the staff there now has the... WORST attitude ever. I feel so unwelcome sometimes when I come depending who serves me. Some of them don?t even say ?welcome? or?you?re welcome? to me when I try to talk to them. They should really treat all customers equal, and the things is I don?t evensay anything bad to them, they just have an attitude because I want my order a certain way. I really love one of the managers Ibelieve his name is Andrew he is so nice, as well as Anya one of the employees there she always waves at me and talks and is sofriendly. Because of some of the staff though I usually avoid coming here because the way they act can really make me upset. Read more

For the most part I like them very much but today they closed and left a tiny sign on the front door. I would suggest you put a... sign on your drive through also. Nobody knew it was closed. This is to express the disrespectful, dissatisfaction and displeasure I received in customer service when i went to this store... Friday around 6am. I went thru the the drive thru as i was doing for week and all was well until I order the exact thing eachday i gave the same request at the drive thru each day and got it until yesterday morning. I got to the window , got my orderit did not feel right,so i looked and it wasn't what specificallysaid,ughhhh. He then said its company policy that we don'tserve stuff wrapped. I was flabbergasted and explained I've been here each morning this week and had my banana bread in thewrapper to avoid it getting hard , he continued to go on and on . I asked to speak to a manager, he left came back with no oneand the banana bread in a wrapped and shoved it in my hand as if i was a bothered to him as if i just begged him for what i paidfor. It was unsettling and irate so i decided to return and go inside to speak to management.. spoke to manager and she wasawesome, the way she handled the complaint was professionally done.
