The gentleman working at this establishment today greeted every single person who walked into the door, except my friend, who is... African American. He then proceeded to serve her a cup of coffee that was completely overflowing. Dripping over the side of thecup. The coffee was all over her hands and clothes. Instead of remaking the drink, he handed her an empty cup to put it into.This is absolutely unacceptable. My friend was absolutely humiliated. Read more
I?m going to be honest this morning was not good. I went to this starbucks with three friends. We ordered normally however, we... waited nearly 45 minutes for our order. As much as I hate to say this I felt discrimination was being placed. Me and anotherfriend are hispanic while our third friend was caucasian. Our caucasian friend ordered last and he got his order first. We sawmultiple people who got there after us get their order first. We nicely asked for our orders and they quickly gave us MOSTthings. This is a small Starbucks with 5 two person tables and one long community table with six chairs. The baristas don't seem to... interact with you much and just get the basic info of your drink. I did however notice the baristas joking around with onecustomer and saying he was late that day. He must be a regular to this location! My order was made correctly. The chai tealatte is just so-so. I prefer a different coffee shop for it. Plus you can't even purchase a grande latte with soy withoutpaying extra in addition to a $5 gift card. This location gets a lot of business on an early Saturday morning! Definitely bringyour headphones if you plan on studying or working. The bathroom is why this location gets 3 stars. Every time I come here thebathroom smells like a port-a-potty and has toilet paper and pee stains on the floor. Read more
There is bo drive thru here as stated online and it took almost 20 minutes for a medicine ball
