I believe his name is Royce (nice man with glasses) really made the start to my study session pleasant. I'm a sbux employee... myself (though this is not my store) and even so, I felt at home with the environment and it's all thanks to Royce's kindness aswe talked about psychology (which I am a huge psych person)! We came here for a drink there was a dead carcass of a fly in our drink we then went there to see flies all over the pastries... mind you we drunk the coffee and took pictures before and after we realized what happened this is absolutely wild and disgustingthis incident made me literally never want Starbucks.
