This is a terrible Starbucks. Went it to get a few treats for my office mates. The baristas looked to be in total chaos even... though it wasn?t busy. The person who took my order didn?t ask for a name and totally forgot all my baked goods before they justdisappeared into the back. They were also out of the lid stoppers, making it a nightmare to move 4 coffees without spilling.The coffees were all cold when I got to the office too (less than 5 minutes away), even though I asked for them to be extrahot. Can't complain bc the line is always long bc that's pretty much any Starbucks you go to. I've worked over in the whitesettlment... area for 2 year now and always have a such a great experience w the employees who work here. Went thru the drive thru to get myself a drink around 7am while omw home and they gave me the wrong drink twice. 1st time I just... happened to notice the wrong "topping" on the whipped cream and handed it back to her once I read the sticker bc it was thewrong drink. When she gave me "a new one" 2 min later I just put it in my cup holder (I needed to get home). Half way home and Itake a drink and its still not what I ordered. Same exact thing they gave me the first time. Honestly very upset with thislocation RN. I was frequently patronizing this establishment. For the most part a very friendly and warm staff, especially Tasha,(sorry, but... I misspelled her name). I am a 51 year old military veteran. I have recently fallen on hard times, and have become homeless.While using the restaurant's wifi, to search for resources, and reach out to friends and family members for help, John, theStore Manager, was very rude and inconsiderate. I placed an order and specifically made sure to talk to the barista on how I wanted my drink made the ingredients etc. The... Barista didn?t take my requests seriously at all, my drink was a size venti and it was just a little over half full. I ordered abrown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, and high seems to be a hard drink to make because A LOT of Starbucks get it wrong. BecauseI?ve had problems before I took the time to please explain exactly what I wanted on the drink etc. The drink was made completelywrong it was missing ingredients it wasn?t mixed properly it literally just tasted like pure milk. So this was my first Starbucks experience because I'm not a coffee drinker and did not care for the hype. If I'm in the... Caribbean I'll enjoy a nice cup of Blue mountain peek coffee. In Bali, I enjoyed quality indonesian organic blend. Otherwise, I do not drink coffee routinely, and even though I'm aware that Starbucks sells other food items, I had no desire to visit,knowing that they are all overpriced and overrated. The coffee shop that I visited in Fort Worth was clean, they had nice musicin the background and the young ladies behind the counter were really pleasant. This made for a good experience. My hotchocolate was not really good. My veggie sandwich and banana cake were okay. Read more
If I could give less stars, I would. The lady who fixed my coffee look like she hadn?t bathed in a week and her eyes were so... heavy from the eyelashes. I?m surprised that she couldn?t even see to make my coffee and she was so disrespectful so if you arein the store, do not let Kylee A make your coffee because you?re not end up with hair, sales or nasty eyelashes in your drink Iwill never order from this place again and the manager there is just as disrespectful as the worker Read more
