I go to this Starbucks pretty much daily before work or during lunch. And they?re always so amazing and so kind. Today I went... through and I guess there was something wrong with my card. It kept declining even after I checked the app. The gentlemanworking the register gave me my drink free of charge! Made my whole day, especially since I have to call my bank now! I normally go to a different Starbucks and they are beyond quick, even with a line. 5 mins tops ( golden triangle & I35... Starbucks). I stop on the way home to this location sometimes (unfortunately)and This location is SO SLOW. No sense of urgencyfrom their employees or quickness to get their building wrapped line moving. I love Starbucks but this location needs to gettheir stuff together. If another location can get a line a line completely gone through in 5-10 mins no problem then I don?tsee why this location can?t. Great job to the team this morning!! They were dealt a bad hand and ended up being super short staffed and handled it like the... boss babes they are!!! I may have waited for my mobile order for 20 minutes but they were busting it and so sweet andapologetic. Definitely love this store and it?s people. Literally! Asked for a caramel frappe and they gave me pumpkin spice (which I hate). I called in and spoke with Kelsey letting... her know they gave me an incorrect order. She told me to come in and they would replace it. I go back and the lady says she?sgoing to trash it and they?ll get me a new one. 2 mins later they literally hand me the same cup! I?m very upset and highlyannoyed. It does not take too much to fix an order THEY messed up. But instead they decided to be lazy and lie as if they weregoing to fix it. Never going back here. They're pretty good at always having my mobile order ready when I come in. Clean and friendly location! The drive thru traffic... always blocking the parking lot entrance can be annoying, but that's a common sense problem on the customer side... Read more

Great seating arrangement. Really appreciate the staff greeting each person that comes in the door. They have a cool organizer... so that they can put multiple drinks in so its not awkward to go get your drink. They are pretty quick in getting your drink anda nice plus is them spelling your name right. Read more
