This location was remodeled and has no seating at all, so it's only good for to go orders. Also, there is no display case for... the food products, it was limited what they had and you had to know what you wanted. I guess the main business here is via thedrive through. I went there to see if I could pick up used coffee grinds for gardening. All the other Starbucks I've tried have kept them for... the day and have shared them. But this Starbucks said they only store them in the trash. What a waste! It's such an importantpart of rebuilding soil and it saves your employees having to haul it off if a gardener does it for you. I usually stick to Dutch bros but I thought since Dutch bros was closed I?d be fine just going to Starbucks this one time. Well... I was extremely wrong and won?t be back to any Starbucks location probably ever again after this. The iced brown sugar oat milkespresso was a drink I used to like and thought I?d get it again but this time decaf because I?m pregnb. Being pregnant I can?thave more than 200 mg of caffeine a day and with normal espresso this drink has 340 mg of caffeine, much more than I can have.I clearly told them decaf as you can see they pressed decaf but they also pressed blonde espresso for some reason?? I?m not sureif your baristas think that blonde espresso is decaf or what but a quick google search lets you know blonde espresso has evenmore caffeine than normal espresso. I am extremely disappointed. Teach your baristas how to do their job! When someone saysdecaf it?s for a good reason!! Y?all are lucky I only drank half and read the label. I come to this location at least 5-6 times a week. Usually everything is good except for this morning. The young lady with black... and blue braids at the window was very rude. She didn't want to scan my card, I refused to do it myself so it forced her too.She snatched my card, scanned it, gave it back and then turned to the side to wash her hands. That she didn't wash, just ranwater over them. Then the young lady started handing me my stuff with her hand all over the lid. When I asked her to get me anew lid because she had touched it, she got upset, ran into her coworker trying to get me another lid and then shoved the cup atme. Only after I asked for it and after she tried to say, "I only touched the lid." She felt it was ok to touch my lid butdidn't want to touch my credit card. I feel very offended. Very rude and very unprofessional. If I see her there, I will notstop there. I will take my money elsewhere. Read more
Wife hit a curb and got stuck in the parking lot. Guy came out and helped her out. Also gave a complementary drink while she... waited for a tow truck. Totally awesome staff to go way beyond for their customers. Thank you, Alexander, for making sure shewas safe and got home ok. Read more
A very strange experience. I used to come to this Starbucks all the time years ago when I lived closer. We were out and about to... stopped in. The drive through was packed so we decided to come inside. It is completely empty - no chairs, tables, displays, orrestrooms. It was also very slow service. We noticed as well that they don?t have the full menu you get at other Starbucks. Thenour drinks had almost no flavor. Literally couldn?t taste the salted caramel in my drink or the mocha in my sons. 06/2019 One of the quieter Starbucks. I would come more often if they had more than just two comfortable chairs. Restrooms were... lovely this time. 12/2018 Incredibly difficult drive-thru. Check out the Google Earth view and note the one-way traffic. Thecars will wrap around the building, effectively obstructing all parking spots and making it nearly impossible to get in line.Consequently, this is one of the slowest Starbucks around. Unfortunately, there aren't any others nearby. If there were, thisone would go out of business. Restroom needed tidying up. Still, Lillie is super sweet and I love seeing her smiling face. Read more
