It's been a while since I've been inside a Starbucks. Ordered a green tea frappe and they called out that a matcha was ready so... I didn't think it was for me since it had a different name and they don't call out drinks by customer names anymore. The drinktasted good but was more of a slushy than a frappe like I remember. Experience wasn't the same as I could get a slushy at QT.Location was modern, seating was kinda minimal. AC was freezing. Otherwise it was fine. Read more
To Amber - We?ve been coming here 2-3 times a week since you opened, but we won?t be back after today. We ordered two iced venti... upside down carmel macchiatos which were served normally (not upside down). When we said these weren?t upside down the person atthe window said we ordered it wrong, and should have said stirred. We were told at this location to order them upside down, andhave done so ever since. This is the first time it?s been an issue. After the drinks were corrected they tasted horrible, so Iwent back inside to have them remade. The person who made the drink refused to speak with me, and just pointed. I was beingpolite, not rude at all so tha was confusing. The next person proceeded to tell me how wrong I am again. Instead of engaging intheir argument I just asked for a refund. We normally have such a great experience at this store, but after being insulted andargued with we will not be back. Just for a note: we went to another Starbucks and ordered the exact same drink, and it wasserved correctly and delicious as it always has been before. Read more
The drinks here are never quite made right. The baristas are super nice, and I always feel welcomed in the shop, but the cold... brew always tastes overbrewed, I've watched them let shots sit on the machine for almost a minute (which lets the shots die, andthey taste awful), and overall I just never get drinks that taste like they're made to standard. At first I thought it wasbecause this location was new, but they've been open for a couple of years now, so I guess its the training :/ If the quality ofdrinks was better, this would be a 5 star location. I hate leaving a bad review because everyone is really pretty nice at thislocation, but this is a coffee shop, and the coffee is never very good. Read more
Love the space design, setting and the open space! There's USB charging stations everywhere, under the seats and tabletops, so... that gives you more choices on where you wanna sit! The staff is friendly and tried hard to accommodate the customerneeds. Overall satisfied with the whole experience! Read more
Starbucks has been a treat for me but recently started questioning my decision going there. Are all Starbucks alike? No. Extra... anything doesn?t mean double, it?s at the baristas discretion because in the past from this location I order the same thing butextra whip and both looked just about the same but with a slightly bit of more whip. Anyways, some coffee shops have decided toopen up inside for clients to sit down and enjoy their purchased coffee (because some of the fixed price of your drink goestowards the purchase/lease of the building but yet we can?t sit inside). Anyways, for now I will reconsider purchasing fromStarbucks and go elsewhere, where customers are treated all alike and not an overemphasis on drive thru only. Read more
Quite possibly the best Starbucks there is. This place is spacious, always pristine, has a nice layout, and the employees are... top notch. We have come here dozens of times and have literally never had a bad experience! I haven?t been to a Starbucks betterthan this in a long long time, if ever. 10/10 would recommend.
