Every morning I come to this location due to work although there?s one right by my house. The staff here is honestly the best!... The atmosphere, coffee and employees of this wonderful establishment are hands down amazing and always make me feel like I?mmaking a 5 star drink at home. Many years ago I myself was a Starbucks barista and I never really found people who were moregenuine and soulful as a good cup of joe like the ones who take pride in their job. I?m not really a ?review? person, but todayI had to. I didn?t get to make it for my morning coffee so I immediately went to drive thru after my routine school pick up. Ihonestly so wish I knew the names of the girls who were working because I?d love to show them some love and praise. They sadlydidn?t have my brown sugar I oh so love and I asked them for their recommendations on a good oat milk espresso pairing and theywere super friendly and made a delicious and wholesome drink for me. I nearly teared up when I go to the window because of thewomen who was there around 4:30pm was so kind I even offered to buy them coffees lol. Staff is rude when asking about drinks and menu via the drive thru. Went in to get my drink and they didn't apply the discount... and told me it was a BOGO deal. Either she was wrong or deliberately lied, either way charged full price. I'll be avoiding thisparticular Starbucks. This isn't the first time this location has let me down. Read more
We put in a mobile order to this location before we left our house so we could grab our drinks on the way to church. We only... had two so we thought it?d be super quick. We went inside to pick them up and waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Now Iknow things get busy, and that?s fine, it happens. But when multiple people come in after us, get theirs faster, and we?re stillwaiting, that?s when it becomes a bit weird. Great service. Normally, I?d order by the app, but this time I went through the drive through and didn?t make my usual... specifications. Completely my fault. I circled back and walked in to ask for just a cup of extra caramel cream. The lady wasso cool about it and helpful. All around 5 stars! I have been to this location several times. I must admit I have had the best drinks from here. And i have a... milk allergy. I have never had one reaction to the milk. I always tell them oat milk and that I have an allergy and that alwaysmake it correctly! I love that they always ask me for my name and they always say your back again!!!? The drinks are great here and the service. The only suggestion I can offer is to clean up all the stickers people leave in the... drive thru on the poles. It gives off a distasteful appearance.
