Got my order wrong so horribly that it's funny...but I also have had other positive experiences there so...very friendly staff.
This sonic is the first i been too thats wasnt fresh i thought they downsized sandwhiches turn out bread shrunk from being old.... Patty was hard as hell amd vegetables werent fresh lettuce was limpy as hell supervisor edgar offerred abreplacement after icomplained why would i want a replacement after i complained to get spit swandwhich and why would i want another one there afterthat. Food was good the service was quick and friendly. Only concern I had was that I couldn?t pay through Apple pay through the... drive-through. She said I had to go inside to use Apple Pay which seemed a little odd to me. I usually don?t like giving my cardthrough a drive-through just because it becomes out of my sight and who knows what can happen after that? Read more
The newest place to open in this area as of November 21. It was super busy as this is the only sonic for about 5 miles. YOU... CANNOT ORDER FROM CAR HOP STATION. This is combined with a gas station. It's all drive through, you will be waiting for yourfood. So far the food is cooked correctly. It's not cold, soggy, old or left over a heat lamp. ?/?/²² Read more
Absolutely love this place and the staff. Emily is awesome done ever loose her! All in all though, it is a drive up Sonic but... they are fast and will come out to your car to push the line or make their lives easier. Love this Sonic! It?s honestly thebest! Great ice cream as well. Read more
I come here about once a month since it opened. Some days are better than most. As for today's visit like a lot, the burger... patty was not cold, but cool. And there was a very large lack of bacon( as you can see). I mean, if 1 strip of bacon cost $2,I'm in the wrong business! Lol So all in all, the reason for the 4 star instead of a 2, is because the chili cheese tots arealways on point! So with that said, it's up to you what you choose. Worst customer service i have ever received. Are order was totally wrong and we were over charged. I went inside to try to talk... with manager they were extremely busy at the time and he didn't seem to have time to listen to me. So i called him the next dayto try and explain and he was so rude and argumentative so i got off the phone with him. I never once asked him for my moneyback or free food nor did he offer any resolution. He needs customer service training. Read more
