I ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster. When I got home to eat it I was highly disappointed when it did not have Texas Toast or... the onion ring on it. The two things I was looking forward to when I ordered. I understand if you may be out of something butyou should let the customer know before they order. I called twice and got no answer. Read more

I'm so sick of bad services at sonic. 3 times I've had bad experiences at both sonics including the one on Golden triangle and N... Beach st. I guess they just don't like me. And I certainly haven't heard of any Sonic not having 1/2 price drinks. So the hellwith them. I will not waste my money at sonic again. Last time I will go here. After spending $40, every item I got was either wrong or inedible. I guess they changed their burgers... to have Mayo standard after many many years of serving them with mustard. Which I guess is on me, but on top of that theirburger tastes like it uses preformed frozen patties. Not the same as before. I got a large chili cheese tots that was a onlyabout 1/3 of the way full. Also was missing the standard dipping sauces for my cheese sticks and pretzels. My drink was wrong.And to top it off, the lady told me my payment hadn?t gone through and was about to run my card again, thankfully I had her lookagain to see that it had gone through, and I didn?t have to pay $80 for food that ended up in the trash. I got a strawberry slush. It was pretty good but nearly half of the strawberries had a weird off-putting texture so that's why I... didn't give five stars. I still finished it though. I just wasn't completely satisfied because I know how it's supposed to tastewhen it's right. At least it was happy hour so it was half off. I don't think I've ever experienced a person I've never met before be so hostile as the drive thru employee at this location. It... was so bizarre I ended up with a nervous laugh because I was genuinely shocked. I drove away and was in silence for a fewminutes because... what in the world!? We all have bad days but this employee was deliberately nasty because I asked her aquestion about the receipt. When I went to look down at it, she came back to the window and told me to get out of her drivethru. We didn't have a negative exchange before this. There were very few words actually... I was the only car in the drivethru. It was very odd. Maybe save the fits of rage for your own time? Read more
