I ordered a double cheeseburger and only received one patty. I also asked for marinara sauce and did not get any. I tried to... call the store twice about 10 minutes ago for this to be fixed and no one answered both times. I?m very disappointed with thisservice usually sonic is great. Read more
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster. When I got home to eat it I was highly disappointed when it did not have Texas Toast or... the onion ring on it. Super friendly fast & friendly service. My order was made correctly. The food was hot.
I'm so sick of bad services at sonic. 3 times I've had bad experiences at both sonics including the one on Golden triangle and N... Beach st. I guess they just don't like me. And I certainly haven't heard of any Sonic not having 1/2 price drinks. So the hellwith them. I will not waste my money at sonic again. I don't think I've ever experienced a person I've never met before be so hostile as the drive thru employee at this location. It... was so bizarre I ended up with a nervous laugh because I was genuinely shocked. I drove away and was in silence for a fewminutes because... what in the world!? We all have bad days but this employee was deliberately nasty because I asked her aquestion about the receipt. When I went to look down at it, she came back to the window and told me to get out of her drivethru. We didn't have a negative exchange before this. There were very few words actually...
