used to love this place not anymore , pulled in pushed the button the young lady said she couldnt hear to pull forward and i did... . After that she never responded to me again, waited 10 min and press red button again and waited 20 min to be attend me and noanswer another car pulled up next to me and they answered them and took there order???? This is super disappointing, as Sonic used to be my "go to" for fast food. That will no longer be the case. Below is a list of... the multiple issues with this visit. Unfortunately, we had a similar experience two weeks ago at the Sonic on Matlock Road inArlington. 1) Ice cream machine is not working - this was the primary reason I came to visit; my 6 year old wanted Sonic withan Oreo Blast 2) One of our favorite menu items has now been discontinued - Grilled Chicken Wrap (one of the very few"semi-healthy" options on the menu 3) I asked for cheddar cheese on my burger several times; the lady taking my order could notcomprehend what I was asking for and kept telling me they don't have "shredded" cheese 4) ALL our food items were lukewarm atBEST when served 5) The chicken tenders were cold 6) The chicken tenders were overcooked 7) The chicken tenders look like theywere cooked in oil that was DAYS OLD (they were dark brown, instead of a golden brown) 8) When the attendant delivered the food,I asked for ketchup; she did not have any on her and it took 2-minutes to go back into the store to bring out ketchuppackets All of these items point to a total lack of care and concern from the store management, store ownership, and storeleadership. I don't understand what's going on at this location. My order is usually on point but for the last month or so my order has not... been correct, I mean what's so hard about getting a simple drink order right? SWEET TEA ADD PEACH ADD MANGO. We had an order on the app that was about $30 and it took 45 mins for them to bring out our food and they left out ALL our... condiments that we ordered on the app. So after we got our food it was another 20 mins before I said eff it and walked inside toget my own marinara sauce and ranch!! I have been going to this location for years and have never experienced a lack of customer service by the person taking the... order to the person giving me the order. My drinks were flat and I didn't want to attempt to ask for them to be replaced. Thereis a sign that they are in need of "hiring smiling faces" and that is literally what they needed tonight.
