This is the last time I will order food from this Sonic. I?ve given them many chances but no more. I placed an order that I took... home. (Only a 3 minute drive) At that point it is pointless to do anything. The cheeseburger was barely warm and onion ringswere cold and BURNT! Plus I ordered a medium size onion rings I only had 5 rings in it! The car hop seemed to have an attitudeand now I know why. Almost like a dare to see if I would say anything. Just my observation. The food tastes ok. You get what you pay for. Service is a bit slow, but they're always short staffed. The issue is quality. An... Oreo Blast should be mixed thoroughly through, but here, it's a cup of ice cream with some Oreos stirred in the top ? of thecup. The food is always sloppy and looks like it's been smashed. We really only keep going back because it's convenient. Read more

Showed up to site to order but app stated unavailability. So I went ahead to place order and the young girl told me she couldn't... do the half off after I explained to her the app was down. She was really giving me an attitude so I requested the manager. The manager came to speak he said immediately that yeah the app isn't working but he'll give me the half off. I'm old school andno way am I gonna trust my drinks to be clean so I canceled my order and drove to the boat club site. So disappointed in how somany of the youth have no communication skills or critical thinking ability. Supervision is totally necessary especially inbusinesses. Read more

First, I want to say I have moderate expectations and understanding that fast food and people aren?t perfect. My experience... tonight was very frustrating! First off my order was incomplete and it took 10 minutes of waiting for them to answer before Icalled the location instead to let them know. 25 minutes from that phone call I still hadn?t received my item even though asecond order I placed had arrived. When the girl brought that item she asked if that was all and I told her no I was stillwaiting for my original missing item. She assured me she?d go check on. Then she comes back to my car with an order for someoneelse and still not my chicken. So I called the location again and told them that I am STILL missing my food and now all the foodI had gotten was cold/melted. He said ?they?ll bring it out now?. I got the item and went home. When I got the food out I wasmissing the onions and jalapeños on the coneys, AND my cheese tator tots were assembled with the cheese on the bottom of thebowl and the tots just thrown on top. The food was just all thrown in the bag with tots and fries spilled everywhere and to noteven been offered fresh ice cream since I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order to be completed is just poor customerservice. Horrible customer service. Placed an order on the app at 5:00pm on 9/1. At 5:30, I pushed the red button to see what was taking... so long (only ordered 2 drinks, a pretzel, and cheese sticks). Several minutes passed and no one came on, I flagged a carhopdown and asked if he could refund me or check on my food because I needed to leave. He told me that they are short staffed andhe couldn't refund me because I ordered on the app, then walked away. I waited a few more minutes to see if he would check onthe food or if someone would answer the intercom. At 5:42 I pulled away without food or a refund and a blinking red buttonbecause no one ever came on. I called the shift manager and he didn't ask me for any information to help me get my order. Hejust kept saying that they are short staffed and I could come back for a refund or remake. 40+ minutes for 2 drinks and 2 snacksis ridiculous and the fact that no one seemed to want to resolve the issue was disappointing. There are so many ways thissituation could have been de-escalated or resolved but that is not the route the carhop or "manager" wanted to take. Read more

Ordered a footlong coney, French fries and a oreo cookie shake. After waiting for over 30 minutes I called the store and asked... them how much longer I would have to wait for the meal. I was told they were sorry. I heard him ask if they had put the orderin and was told once again they were sorry and would get out as soon as it was ready. When I asked how much longer I would haveto wait they hung up on me. About 5 minutes later they brought the coney and the fries out but no shake. The car hopapologized again and went back to get the shake. He brought the shake out a vanilla shake I told him that I had ordered an oreoshake. Rather than wait for who knew how much longer we took the shake and left. Read more

Such a terrible experience. Ordered two drinks and mozzarella sticks. Took literally an hour to get our food. Drinks always... taste like they?ve been watered down or like the machine needs cleaning. We?ve given this location so many chances. Read more
