I'm a regular customer at Snappy Salads but one small thing could make me stop frequenting your restaurant which I would regret!... I love your salads but I had always thought that the greens you use were organic. Some greens, like spinach, are on the "dirtydozen" list and are recommended to be eaten organic. I realize that it would be a stretch to have everything be organic but ifat least the greens could be organic, that would be great. If folks are eating salads they are trying to be healthy so if atleast the greens could be organic that would make a huge difference. Thanks for hearing my input! Read more

I went to the Camp Bowie location right when they opened needing a big order. I expected the staff to be upset and grumble like... most places do nowadays, but this did not happen. They were very friendly and quick to help me! I was very pleased with thecustomer service and how everyone pitched in so I didn?t have to wait so long. Great job to the staff! Highly recommend thislocation. Read more

First of all, I love Snappy Salads. I used to live in Dallas, and went to the Preston/Forest location regularly. Zero complaints... there. I?ve since moved to FW and visit the Camp Bowie location frequently. The food quality is good but, unfortunately, thestaff is not. First of all, I can tell that there is poor management. It?s not run efficiently and the staff always seems tomess up my order. For example, I?ll say ?no croutons? and they?ll throw on croutons. ( A major mistake when the customer isgluten intolerant and it makes them sick to have even one crouton.) Today, I repeated my only modification. I asked to addavocado. Instead, they added grilled avocado - just because it was there and a fresh avocado wasn?t nearby. They had to get onefrom the back because they were closing in an hour and put things up. Another example, one time I ordered a Caesar salad andthey added feta cheese instead of Parmesan. The lady caught her mistake and tried to cover it with Parmesan thinking I wouldn?tnotice. Really?? I hate to say it but the staff reeks of laziness and this location could use a major management overhaul. Thisis just one of many examples over months that has culminated into my unfortunate review. When your only job is to make a salad, try doing it right. Maybe at least act like you care. It?s frustrating to watch over the staff like a hawk because they eitherwon?t listen correctly or choose to be lazy/sloppy. Please look into making corrections here. I want to see Snappythrive. The ingredients are fresh and the staff was very friendly. I tried the create your own salad with the chimichurri dressing. It... was outstanding! My husband had a chicken wrap with sweet potato chips and loved it as well. This was our third visit to variouslocations around Dallas and they are all very consistent with exceeding expectations. Food was wonderful! Loved the juice they had too! I am personally not fond of salads but I would definitely come back here for... another one. Is alittle expensive but it's because everything is fresh, taste good, and pretty healthy. Read more

First timer and it is a place I will come back to. Line was a little long but what do you expect at 1300. Had the Bam Bam salad.... Great staff and fresh ingredients. Fountain drinks are good. Nice atmosphere inside and five picnic tables with shades outfront. Read more

They have a great selection of salads, soups, and wraps. I had the chipotle chicken wrap and it was great. A little heavy on the... dressing, but still good. My wife had the "riced" cauliflower salad that had arugula, sweet potatoes, and broccoli and searedsalmon on top. It was very tasty too. Odd mix of flavor, but worked well together. Very causal atmosphere and it was a slowSunday morning and the staff was very helpful and courteous. It is a little pricey, but it's fresh food, not fast food. Read more
