This location is neglected and dirty. There are leaks and obvious areas that have not been cleaned since the location opened.... Must be an absentee owner. The quality of the store does not match the neighborhood. I went in today and they were blaringreligious music. Definitely odd to play religious music, but especially at that volume. Went through the drive through and ordered the free upsize Friday drink. After paying with my card they charged me for a buy one... get one free drink and it was 10.26. I told them I didn?t order two drinks just one and they charged me too much. Then the otheremployee working came and said it?s the same thing just a different coupon code. I said no it isn?t, I have two drinks and youcharged more than I should have been. Don?t you see I paid 10.26? She then grabbed $2 and shoved it in my hand and said thereyou go sweetie and walked away. Absolutely rude service and we come here all the time. READ ALL THE REVIEW... Everytime I have ordered here, not exactly what I asked for. I order a chocolate shedder, with double... PB. Every once a while it was right. Last time I order, same thing, barely any pb was added. Then it tasted like chocolateflavored water....It needs some better Quality Control some how... Just another of the same... and the same result. 2 sips fromthe straw and that was all the PB, now there is no taste. Powdered water. It's a waste of money! Back several times, to see ifanything has changed. Nope. My wife went in to order for since I'm Handicap. As for 6 years, I have got the same thing. Sheordered the same chocolate shredder with Peanut Butter. The PB is an add on and a extra charge. No PB was added and nothing wassaid about being out if they were. FRAUD!!! I've been here multiple times as it is on my way to work. On more than one of those trips, they closed early. I'm currently here... now and have been here since 8:17pm and it's closed already!! Door & window say Monday-Friday 7am-9pm. I waited in the drivethru for 10 minutes and came to the door. I had to knock on the glass for him to open the door and say they close early at 8:30& have been due to staffing. It was 8:28 when I looked at my watch once he said that. Today, October 20, 2022 on Thursday around 12:10pm I pulled into the drive thru. Customer Service is everything but I didn't... receive respect but only a defensive and aggressive behavior. I told her right away that I have a paper coupon, buy 1 smoothieand get 1 free. The cashier asked if the coupon is for that specific location for Smoothie King. I told her we just moved toJustin and received the coupons in the mail this week. I felt I had to explain more about a paper coupon than I needed to. Thecashier is not a positive person, she wasn't pleased to take my order. I pull at the drive thru window and she should had askedfor the paper coupon. She scans the Smoothie King app and the order was completed without using my coupon. The cashier claimsshe didn't know what was on my app. Again, she first should had asked for the paper coupon. She wasn't about to try to help inresolving the issue. I say I am trying to save money here. She then agrees to give me a refund for the first smoothie. She handsme a cash refund. The drive thru cashier needs to be trained for customer service and how to not be defensive anddisrespectful. This experience has left me to never return again to this location.
