Just set up an account and went online to order nearby. The store closest to me offered curbside pickup, which is perfect... because I was home sick and still in pajamas. I placed my order and drove to the store. I parked right at the front door in anempty parking lot and saw the only customer walk out with her drink. There's no way the employees couldn't see me rightoutside- I waited 7 minutes. I pulled up the email confirmation and it said park near the front door and call the store - anassociate would bring my order out. My bad. I called and told her I was here to pick up my order curbside. She was very curtand said they don't do curbside pickup. She said she doesn't know why they put that on the website, but they don't do thathere. Not at all friendly or apologetic. She talked down to me like I was a child who should've known better - I never said aword. It's not my problem that your website and app both say you offer curbside pickup. I love Smoothie King with my go-to being the Angel Food. This location has always been a quick in and out and the few times I've... ordered ahead through the app, they always seem to be ready earlier than the estimated pick up time which is awesome! Came in and the two employees Ally and Ki made me the best smoothie king shake I've ever had. Highly recommend.
I do not recommend anyone to this smoothie king. Prior to making my smoothie i requested that i wanted it made as it's supposed... to be made per the ingredient list because every smoothie king makes smoothies how they want to which changes the smoothieconsistency and, flavor and reduces the consumed ingredient portions and calories because ingredient up being left behind in thecontainer, sometimes a cup worth or more. The lady immediately got an attitude when i let her know I had a special request. Sheproceeded purposely to make the smoothie how she wanted and when i called her out she said "i promise is going to turn outright". After i replied "but that's not what I wanted and you agreed when i informed your ahead of time" she rolled her eyes andremade my smoothie incorrectly again, but this time she added an ingredient. She remade my smoothie slamming things and filledthe room with her negativity. After the smoothie was made i thanked her, sent to my car and went back in to grab my receiptbecause they did not give it to me. This should be a zero star. Who closes there location early and says they only take online orders past a certain time?!? My... pregnant wife wanted smoothie king for dinner and when I show up the staff refused to open the door to serve me. Complete BS.I?ll never come back to this dump. Read more
Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and my order still wasn't ready. I had ordered for the curbside and the ladies never came out.... I had recently had ACL surgery so I can't stand very long. Never was greeted, I had to ask for my drink and wait almost 30minutes for someone to complete my order. Worst experience I have had at a smoothie king. They don't care about their pickuporders. Unsatisfactory & unprofessional! Rushed to make it to this location BEFORE CLOSE, after a long day of work as a healthcare... provider and was looking forward to my smoothie fix to transition to my evening. Arrived 10 mins prior to close at 9. They hadalready locked the doors. So I knocked and the two little broads in there looked dead at me, continued to close, then switchedthe lights off. To make matters worse, another nice customer was outside waiting as well. She arrived prior to me and had thesame issue of being ignored. Store 1275, please get these young females who worked the night of June 22, 2022 in line accordingto Smoothie Kings scheduled close time and professionalism - I doubt I will return to this location unless my concerns areaddressed when I speak with management ?? Stopped in and was pleasantly surprised with the service and cleanliness of this location. Kayden was friendly and fast.
