Placed a mobile order for 2 smoothies at 10:06AM and arrived at 10:20AM, 1 minute before the estimated pick up time. I didn?t... receive my order until 10:40. It was then incorrectly made with bananas which I am allergic to. It wasn?t busy and the workersweren?t overwhelmed. Didn?t walk out with a correct order until 10:50. I come to this location all the time because it?s close to me. For whatever reason, they always seem to have the same issues on... Sunday mornings. On my most recent visit, only one employee was working all by herself with about 8 customers in line. The drivethrough was not open because she seemed very overwhelmed. I ordered a strawberry pineapple metabolism boost smoothie. The girl in the drive thru couldn?t find it at first but then found... it. It was rang up correctly but when I got it I noticed it was yellow and not pink. Yeah?it?s all pineapple. No strawberry. Sosad. Read more
This place need to be shut down or new management. It shouldn?t take 11 minutes to get a shake. No motivation from the worker.... Why do we continue giving people like this jobs?! I was able to make it in on an early Saturday morning and although he was very busy with drive through orders, he greated me and... let me know he would be with me shortly. My smoothie was perfect! After he rung up my drink I decided to purchase a B-12 drinksimilar to 5 hour energy shots and he still was pleasant and helped me with my purchase. I will definitely return to thislocation. Ordered on the app and went to the location and it was closed. Pulled the door, locked. Went through the drive through, waited... but got no one. Several other customers were as confused as I was. Never again, I?ll drive farther to avoid this location. Inever got my smoothie either! Read more
