I just recently visited this smoothie king location and it has some of the best service you could ask for. Especially Jaclyn... Moreno the most hard working employee at the king. Placed a mobile order for 2 smoothies at 10:06AM and arrived at 10:20AM, 1 minute before the estimated pick up time. I didn?t... receive my order until 10:40. It was then incorrectly made with bananas which I am allergic to. It wasn?t busy and the workersweren?t overwhelmed. Didn?t walk out with a correct order until 10:50. I come to this location all the time because it?s close to me. For whatever reason, they always seem to have the same issues on... Sunday mornings. On my most recent visit, only one employee was working all by herself with about 8 customers in line. The drivethrough was not open because she seemed very overwhelmed.
