I was very hungry and the counter helper was very very rude and argued with me about the charges for add-in?s. I don?t mind... being wrong, but I prefer someone explain the charges, not correct me and tell me it?s ?never been done this way as long as Iworked here.? I?ve gone here every day this weekend and the first two times were great service and a great smoothie, but today was just... ridiculous. My sister and i came in at around 10:30am and we could tell they were swamped and only had two workers there so wedecided to come back later. We made an online order at 10:45 to be picked up at 11:15 and we came in when it was supposed to bedone but it wasn?t ready until 11:35 ish. the only two workers there were slow and didn?t look like they were trying very hard.I wasn?t in a huge rush so i let the timing slide, but then when i got the smoothie there were SO MANY chunks throughout thewhole thing, it?s like they just didn?t blend it enough. I was the only customer, after 20 minutes they never even started making my drink then couldn?t give me a refund . Response from... their owner was for me to wait an unknown amount of time to or give them my personal contact information. It?s a trash place . Read more
First chance to stop in and glad we did. This place was very clean and the staff was super friendly a they welcomed us with a... smile. They were super helpful with selecting a drink for my wife with her food allergies. Pricing was amazing for the servingsand service was quick. Smoothies we're a perfect blending and tasted great. The great thing is that I'm here a bit more frequently and they have been better in the past. I'll also be back, unfortunately... on the next visit it'll be for a replacement smoothie because my breakfast this morning is very gross. Texture is less smoothielike and more like chalky fruit puree with extra water. They're customer service is always good, even today. (BUT) I'd ratherhave my breakfast be correct than have a pleasant hello when I enter the establishment. Read more
