Wonderful customer service; The old lady working on Thursday morning was so sweet and had the patience to name out all the... donuts they had available for us at the drive through, since it was only drive through and we couldn?t see what was availablethere. The donuts are pretty good, very soft, chewy, and glazed properly just as any good donuts ???? should be. We took threedifferent kinds of glazed, and enjoyed with good latte! Read more

Smh. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The lady working in the back might just be having a bad day but that is, and never will be, a... justifiable reason to be rude...ever. Especially if one of the descriptions of your job is Customer Service . Let me just saythat if by my asking for something that this store does not make, made her not like having to tell me "no", then for that, Iexpress sincere regret. Otherwise I recommend that she either quits and finds somewhere else with a company culture that acceptsthat off-putting attitude, or, never show her miserable moue at the window again...or out in public.
