So disappointing after not having a donut in months I go this location and the donuts are over cooked hard and taste so much... like grease. Even my kids didnt like them! Bought a dozen and get 11 and a tiny burned hard one soaked in grease that counted as12! Never again! And pricey! Could've gotten to mcds and gotten a few breakfast sandwiches for that. Read more
I purchased a dozen of donuts on the 28th of April and I witnessed one of the employees drop one of my donuts out of the box and... place it back in there. I went into the store to get my money back and one of the other employees tried to lie for her bytelling me she dropped one and replaced it. She didn't replace it because I was watching her. While I was talking to the otheremployees the one that did this was laughing. I called and talked to someone in the Corporate office and was told they wouldget back with me on this and they haven't. The prices are high and this particular morning the young lady who was taking my order acted as if she was having a hard time... hearing and understanding what I was saying. Even though I was standing directly in front of her. They were once my favoritedonut shop. My experience seems to worsen everytime I go. I do believe this will be my last time at this location.
