First visit ever to Schlotzsky's. Last visit ever too, unless maybe if I get dementia and forget the experience. Super slow... service, but I didn't complain. Left a generous tip when ordering (really regret it). Waited around for about 15 minutes beforemy order was ready in a very cold dining area (there was nobody else waiting). They screwed up the order. I courteously askedfor a fix. I had ordered medium roast beef, and after driving away found that I received a bun with lots of lettuce, a coupleof tomato slices, and one very thin slice of roast beef. Not worth the money, no how, no way. The tiny bit of meat may havebeen tasty, but I couldn't taste it - just bread and lettuce, and tomato. On the upside, the chips and Coke were good. But asandwich shop should really have good sandwiches. This one did not. Read more

The food was fine. My memory of their food in the days of yore was of it being better. It was tasty, but did not really stand... out. The lobby was closed - probably due to staffing shortages. Understandable. I did not rate atmosphere because the lobby wasclosed. Overall an average experience. Read more

This location is horrible. I pulled up to the drive-thru and saw that the line wasn?t moving, so I don?t pulled around and... ordered online. As soon as I placed my order the dining room lights went out and I saw a girl pull her register, so I called tosee if I could still come in and get my order. They said, ?no the lobby is closed because we only have 3 ppl?. I pulled backaround and the line moved 2 cars. After waiting at least 30 more minutes I finally got to the speaker and they said they wereout of bread, and two other things. By this time I was stuck in the line and can?t go around so I asked if my order was able tobe fulfilled since it was placed through the app and they said yes. Still waited. Get to window, pay for my food with my card.The next day while I?m home watching tv I get 4 messages from my credit card saying that my Family Dollar and Subway purchaseswent through. I hadn?t left my house since Schlotzsky?s AND I don?t shop at those places. Someone at this place stole my info. Iwas mortified. Read more

Problem 1) I ordered 7 turkey sandwich meals online. They were out of turkey and switched them all to chicken. They did try to... call me when I was driving there, but I missed it. They left no voicemail and did not tell me about this when I arrived. I onlyfound out when another customer tried to order turkey and they told her they were out. Problem 2) They only brought sandwichesout to me and said the ticket didn't show chips and drinks, but I had an emailed receipt to prove it. Problem 3) They were outof drink carriers so I had to carry 7 drinks in a bag. They also only brought 6 cups out to me, so I had to ask foranother. Problem 4) One sandwich was modified differently from the other 6. They did not mark the sandwich to indicate adifference. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the cashier was going to offer to fill all the drinks for me,but she had a line building up so I told her don't worry about it. Long story short, I would've gone to the Pantego locationbut their online ordering was down so I had to go here. Won't be returning to this location. Pantego is much nicer. Read more

This was the first time my sister and I had ever been to Schlotzsky?s, and I don?t know if it?s the location or the business,... but when my sister ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad she thought it came with two breadsticks cause that?s what the menu says. Evenon the receipt it says ?GARLIC BREAD? underneath the salad. We received the salad and when we asked about the breadsticks wewere told ?we don?t have any more.? I understand shortages are everywhere, but it would help to put that on the menu if it istrue or mention it at all before or during the ordering process. I got a side salad and asked to replace my Caesar dressing withranch. Our server was happy to do so, but came back and told us that my sister had gotten ?the last? ranch dressing cup. This ispossible, but I?ve also worked at a fast food place that prepares these little cups of sauce or dressing; there is usually abigger bottle somewhere. I would have been happy to wait for them to fill and prepare another cup of ranch (if applicable) andmy sister would have been happy to wait for breadsticks to cook. We did not express our concerns past what we were told, sothere is a possibility the location would be willing to fix it, I just got the impression that the kitchen staff was a bit lousy(from my slightly burned calzone and the raucous laughter in the back) and I had already addressed them several times. I waskinda disappointed cause the calzone wasn?t bad even with burned edges, though my sister said the salad was really bland. Read more

This is the most unprofessional business. I attempted to place a to go order over the phone. I called this business multiple... times and nobody answered. At this point I?m assuming they?re really busy in there. I decide to go directly to the business toorder since nobody was answering the phone. As I?m walking in the door one of the employees is walking out to her car. When Iget inside another lady is on her phone sitting at one of the tables maybe on a lunch break. They didn?t have any customersinside this business. The same lady that went to her car came back inside 5 mins later. I?m standing at the register waiting toplace an order and no one is at the register to help me. The lady who came back inside and the lady who sitting down did notacknowledge me standing there. Finally I ask them are you guys closed? I also mentioned that I called multiple times to place ato go order. The lady sitting down says we couldn?t find the phone. I asked her at this point can I place an order? Finally thisguy comes from the back he look like he just woke up from a nap or he was high on something. At this point I decided to walk outand not order from there anymore. This is the most unprofessional business I?ve been to a long time. They need some seriouscustomer service training ASAP. ****UPDATE after I got off of work I returned back with the Dr pepper. I was not able to return earlier as my lunch break was... over. The lady in the Drive-Thru window tasted that the dr. Pepper and she also stated that it tasted weird. Instead ofreplacing it she offered me something different to drink which is fine but this was hours later so no telling how many othercustomers ended up with bad dr. Pepper as well.. Hopefully she changed it after I left. I later got home and was ready to havemy Cinnabon after dinner and ended up throwing it out because it was so hard. --->Always an issue with this location and theynever answer the phone when i call to speak to a manager. I just called them. Phone rang at least 20 times. No answer. Todaythe au jus tasted terrible. Tastes like plastic. My Dr pepper is bad. Clearly should be replaced since I mostly taste the sodawater. Tried new calzone. It's ok. Not worth $12. Oddly I've written multiple bad reviews for this location and simply editeach time I wanna add what else they've messed up but the others are gone... UPDATE 9/30/21 After contacting corporate and them talking to the store manager, he reached out to me and graciously offered to... replace the entire meal. I went yesterday and got what I had originally ordered and everything was great! Thank Schlotzsky's! Ihave been get several times with no problem but today I went to the drive thru and ordered soup and a sandwich. I got to workand only had a sandwich, no soup. I paid for both. I tried calling the store several times but no one answered my call. I'mgiving three stars because this is my first bad experience with them. I should have checked before I left, but I needed to getback to work and as I've never had any problem with them I didn't feel the need to check. Read more
