I went to the Schlotzsky?s at 2410 Westport Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76177 and I had a horrible experience. First off I was waiting... at the counter for 15 minutes before someone even greeted me. There was no one else in the restaurant and no one in the drivethrough line, I literally sat there and watched the manager on duty, DeeDee sweep the whole back of the restaurant beforeannouncing to the other employees that there was a customer in the front. When someone finally does greet me, I place my orderonly for the employee to tell me that she doesn?t know how to ring that in and that her manager is to busy to help. So I walkout and go through the drive through to see if I can get any assistance there. Once I?m at the drive through window, I ask forthe manager and DeeDee rudely comes up to the window with a huge frown on her face as if I am inconveniencing her and asks mewhat do I want. I tell her my order and why I am upset and she literally just shrugged me off and pretty much tells me oh well.So I told her to cancel the order. I am highly upset because never in my life have I received such a poor quality of customerservice and my entire lunch break went by without me being able to get any food. This is ridiculous and I hope that the managerwill be held accountable for actions to ensure no one else goes through this horrendous experience. Read more
I am VERY disappointed in the service I received yesterday. I used to work in fast food, and try not to be too hard on the... employees when things are slow/backed up. The lady who was taking orders was rude. Plus, my order was over half wrong. I ordereda large Beef Bacon Smokecheesy?she put my order as a large ?Beef and Cheddar.? The BBQ chicken calzone I order without onion orjalapeños?that was actually correct (I appreciate the effort). Then I ordered a large root beer NO ICE?it felt like it had ALLthe ice from the restaurant in there. I guess, at least the drink FLAVOR was correct. Because I got my food on the way home(after a long drive from out of town), I didn?t feel like going back to get the order fixed. I understand it being a long day;working on a Sunday; and you have less than 2 hours until closing?take some time to actually review the order with the customercorrectly. She actually repeated my sandwich correctly, but she never repeated my drink. I usually don?t have issues at thislocation, but I guess it was an off day. I also usually try not to review so negatively, but the attitude just got to me?then Isat at the window for at least 10 minutes after I paid; for them to make the wrong sandwich and her to give me a cup full ofice. This salad was not worth $8.99. I've had larger side salads. It would have been ok with chicken but it didn't have any. Won't... even discuss husbands soup. Service was good that's why I gave them 1 star. Read more
Newly opened store but could use some attention. The bathrooms could be cleaner and were out of paper. The dining area was empty... but there were dirty tables. The food was fresh and fast, tasted and looked good. The blonde girl who took our order ( no nametag, couldn?t get the name) was curt with us as soon as we walked up. We felt awkward and rushed to put in our order. The menuitems and prices are great, the store also has a nice atmosphere but service is lacking. Read more
