Loved this location. Very cheery, bright and clean! The staff was very nice and the food was really good.
Cashier girl this particular day 10/12/22 @5:30 does not need to be taking orders. She acted like we were interrupting her or... keeping her from something more important. We told her 3 times no tomatoes and guess what we got tomatoes and asked for 4 extrapickle spears and guess what no pickles. Read more
My wife and I decided to dine in her last week. We had several issues while we were at the location. I ordered a sandwich with... no onions and it came out with onions. The staff quickly resolved the issued and the overall quality of the food was good. Theother issue that we had was that there was a homeless gentlemen with two large dogs at the entrance of the restaurant and camein and out to use the restroom multiple times while we were there. Next time we want Schlotzky's we will get drive thru or go toanother location. Read more

I had such a great experience here, never had been before but the costumer service was just so great! The Hispanic lady was so... sweet to my kids and I, and I think it enjoyed it more just because of her. No idea how much I appreciate some good costumerservice. I didn?t feel rushed looking at the menu, but not just that the food was fresh and good too. I would recommend thisplace to my friends/family! Thank you lady who treated us so well!!! This is my second time at this location and it seems like they do not know what goes on a veggie sandwich or a veggie pizza.... From looking at the website, a veggie sandwich has CHEESE, cucumbers, BLACK OLIVES, ICEBURG LETTUCE, onions, tomatoes, ranch,SIGNATURE SAUCE, and a sourdough bun (all caps is stuff missing). I would not have stepped out of the place with this item, butI was in a hurry to get home and I come home to this.... Last time my pizza was half filled with veggies and missing stuff too. Read more
On Nov 22 at 11am we stopped to get some delicious cinnabon rolls, but the person taking orders was unprofessional didn't great... or smile. I ask for gluten-free free bread and he said they have all types of gluten-free free bread ????????. My daughter hasciliac disease , I ask again which one was the bread and he said any bread . He needs to be informed about the difference andthe risk of consumption on a person with ciliac. He was Hispanic male less than 40 yrs old. #schlotzkys Read more
