The greens, toppings, dressings and protein options were broad. I was able to taste test the dressings. Went with jalapeño... ranch. Next time going to try the mango which is a little spicier. I had the salmon. It was good except for a bone (not Salatafault). Not cheap, but good and a healthy option. Loved it. Read more

Im glad to see there's finally a good salad restaurant in the Alliance area! We stopped in for lunch. This reminded us of a... place back home called Salad Works. Same concept. You arrive to a buffet style line which is not self serve. A server asks whichsize salad you want, large or small. Then you choose your lettuce mix (romaine, spinach and arugula etc), then you choose yourtoppings. The toppings looked fresh and they have a huge assortment, including pasta and proteins. As you move down the line, more servers add the topping you like (way too many to name), then when it's time for the dressing, you can choose to have itmixed in, or on the side. You can choose to go, or eat in. They also have drink choices, tasty rolls, and other small items. Weboth chose large salads and I took half of mine home. Next time I would choose a small if we stop for a quick lunch again, orlarge if I planned to take some home. I will be returning for sure! The dining room was clean and had ample seating. There arealso their own mix of options in the fountain soda area. Read more

The salad choices are amazing. Choose from six or seven different lettuces or have them all. 50 different toppings so you can go... crazy. There are 10 or 12 housemade dressings available, as well as a variety of protein including steak. They make their ownteas and lemonades, so there is a good variety. A regular sized salad is $10, and it could easily make two meals. I've alreadyplanned my next visit. Read more

order was for take out, the falafel are dry - as in this is Texas welcome to Texas dry... wow... threw them in the microwave to... made do something with them... well, the pups enjoyed them! the veggie wrap was good, fresh vegetables and very spicyjalapeños - that's a plus for sure. Very overpriced for what you'll get. Only heard good things about this place (there's oneby TCU)... not sure how five 5-star reviews existed two months before the place opened so tread carefully. Went to the Grand Opening, I came with my mom who they completely skipped over, served the incorrect lettuce (she wanted the... Salata mix but received romaine), completed 2 orders before her own despite her being in front of them in line, denied her thepasta option even though there were a couple left (I stand able since they were almost out but still an offer would?ve beennice) Only one girl is doing majority of the work, the other 3 are hanging out by the register gossiping. Over all workers arekinda clicky and over atmosphere was not very welcoming, super disappointed since I was looking forward to this location openingup. Despite the negative the space is nice.
