I?ve been going here for about five months consistently because it?s so convenient and a good way to eat healthy on the go. In... the beginning the service was great, the only issue was getting pumpkin seeds and always having bacon in my salad. Now I?ve beenexperiencing chicken mixed into my salad but I am vegetarian so I always get tofu. Well, yesterday as I was eating my salad Ilooked down and realized I had ate a bug?.. started to pick through the salad and there was another bug at the bottom attachedto my croutons? this place has totally went downhill. We wanted to try this place because of all the advertisements and hype. The customer service was lacking and the food wasn?t... great. Broccoli and cheese soup was watery. The tomatoes and the chicken in the salad tasted old and not fresh..(like it?s beensitting out for a long time and they just put it in the box) The prices were cheap for the portion size but the products tastedcheap too! I wanted to like it but there was such a lack. We all took a taste and we were done after the first bite?One thingthat was good was the lemonade-that?s the only reason I would give it two stars! I?ve been wanting to try this place since they opened and was lucky enough to be nearby at lunchtime recently. I love Caesar... salads and theirs was delicious ? the chicken was super juicy and lettuce was fresh and crisp. The fast drive thru was an addedbonus! Read more
I just discovered this place and have already been there 2 days in a row. I tried the bbq and ceasar salad. They have $1 drinks... I got cucumber mint lemonade and mango tea. The salad is huge. Enough to get full for lunch. I think salads are $5.75.Everything is reasonably priced. The staff is also very friendly and helpful! Read more
I'm going back today????????????????????!! Went on opening day and was impressed. My cobb salad with chicken was a nice size... and it was delicious. My cucumber mint lemonade was so refreshing, I almost stopped again for another one on my way home, butthe line was to the street. Oh, let me not forget how polite the lady at the pickup window was. The customer service and quality of the food has gone down hill quickly. Glad there are several locations around now. I?ve been... supporting this place for almost a year and I have never encountered so many food and customer service issues until about thelast five-six months. I?ve noticed a newer crew who doesn?t seem to care much about customer service and not paying attentionleads to order mishaps. I?ve ignored most of the times my order was wrong, but it makes no sense how the order is correct onreceipt and wrong in the bag. To be vegetarian and getting home to see there?s chicken in your food is quite disturbing. Ididn?t think coming to rectify this issue would cause me to receive terrible customer service from whomever the woman is withthe disturbing lip piercing. Why are you upset with what someone else paid for? Why do you think it?s okay to become aggressiveand not expect a reaction from the customer?
