Do not recommend. I have used them in the past and the meals are good, however the customer service is extremely poor. I am a... working mother of 2 and always busy, hence the reason I get these meals. I placed an order, paid online, planned to pick upMonday at Fort Worth store, but as all mothers can attest, last minute illnesses arose with my children and I was unable to pickup my meals. I called, no answer, no call back, I text the number it said to text online, no response, no response to emails Isent either. I called the store the following Monday when they were open and she said she would call her boss and get back to me- no return call. I?m out over $60 and no one has helped rectify the situation. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I will say food is ok and worth the price but their customer service is awful!!! Our first drop off... point was off of camp Bowie and they were extremely rude with us when we attempted to get our food. We then changed to magnolialocation and I waited for 20 minutes after opening time and no one showed up. Was only day I can get food so guess $100wasted. Food and price may be good but not when you add in the rudeness and inconvenience that you experience. Also don?t eventhink of emailing them or calling their phone number. They will not answer and voicemail is full so can?t even leave a message. Read more
This place has great meal prep options! Always get breakfast and dinner for the week and it helps me stay healthy throughout the... week while on the road. Ordering is easy on the website and you can even walk in and check out whatever extras they have in thefridges on the days they?re open. Read more

My son and I needed to make some serious changes in our life. Work-life, not so good balance continually makes it challenging... to come home and cook healthy options. Constant take out and habitual bad choices became too easy on a daily. Have been eatingREFUL meals for about six weeks and love them. The food tastes great and is top notch on quality. They are really easy to dobusiness with, check out their site. Order by Fri and pickup on Sun/Mon for the week or stop in and see what is in theirinventory in the store. By complete chance, I had the very lovely opportunity to meet their owner today. He shared his storywith me and I was humbled and struck by his passion and kindness for delivering healthy, delicious meal options and his desireto overcome hurdles to help people achieve their own goals. I got a free meal during a promotion at work. I was hooked right away and placed my order for the next week that same day.... Pickup is easy, just pull up in front, walk in, give your name, and you are handed your order. Some meals are served cold,others you heat in the microwave. I have only tried the regular sized lunch portions so far and they are delicious and filling.My favorite so far is the coconut curry beef. As a graduate student, saving time preparing meals is something I majorly value. I have had trouble finding a meal prep company... that had: good/healthy options, a fair price, and followed my dietary restrictions. Somehow Reful fills all these boxes, plus isnearby and a small local business. Could not say enough nice things and I recommend all my friends and cohort members to getthere meal prep from here too.
