Just wanted to leave a great review for the AGM Brian Johnson and our server Kaitlyn. They did a fantastic job. Our meal took a... little longer than expected which wasn't a big deal for us, since it was a Saturday night. However, Mr. Johnson personallybrought our food to us, and profusely apologized for the delay. He then told us to have dessert "on the house". I must say, thedessert WAS delicious, even though we had trouble finishing it all, since the burgers themselves were LARGE (and amazing!) Thiswas very excellent service. Best part of this place is hands down the service. Mike helped us today on lunch shift around 2pm, and he was honestly flawless.... Can tell he is experienced, and trained well. I'll be honest, this is the most consistent restaurant we frequent when it comesto help. Either they are the luckiest restaurant in history, we come at the perfect time, or the trainer is top notch. I'm gonnasay it's the server manager. The food is consistent, and usually pretty good. They have their moments, typically more kitchenissues. But I'm giving 5 stars because of service. Honestly we have been here a lot (my daughter's fav place) and it's 90/10 onservice.... Restaurant average in the area is more like 60/40. That makes this place, and it's employees more valuable. Thecleanliness is in question in many areas. The carpet needs to be cleaned pretty badly. I'd recommend a new corporate cleaner,whoever is doing it now is not cutting it. Read more

We came here wanting a burger for our family lunch together (around 12:30pm on a Wednesday) and apparently quite a few other... families had the same idea at the exact time. While we waited to be acknowledged at the hostess desk, more families piledinside. When the host finally came around, he asked how many in each party and explained they were trying to clean tables. Theproblem: there was hardly anyone else there so it must?ve been a party last night and the night shift didn?t clean it up. That?sjust my assumption though and you?ll see why if you read further. As we were seated at our table, I noticed the booth seat wasdirty and the floors had food scattered on them. Which is why I assume the night before had a party and didn?t clean it up.Regardless, our server was very pleasant and apologetic about the wait. He seemed to be the only waiter for all of these peoplethough so I can understand why there was a ?hiring now? sign right at the entrance. Our food was great, we received theCalifornia Burger (GF bread, no cheese, no Mayo) and the bbq wrap with garlic fries. The fries are unlimited which is supercool! I ended up having to use the ladies room to wash my hands and noticed the same theme of being dirty had continued intothere as well. It was actually disgusting, I wished I could?ve just not visited. There was toilet brush in one of the stallsthat clearly had been used to clean someone?s fecal matter, like I said disgusting. Anyway, Brian was so friendly/attentive andthe reason I gave this location three stars. It would?ve been one otherwise. Thank you Brian for great service!! But I doubt wewill be back. Read more

Good experience but could be better. Service always suffer when restaurants are understaffed in between lunch and dinner.... Service was ok - food was stellar though. The kiosk should have a child lock as our daughter easily was able to get our ticketcharged. Kid drinks that cost more than what is included should be declared when ordering as well. Service sucked. It took too long to get seated and then too long for attention. The garlic fries came quickly and they were... good, but that was just the 1st batch. They made you wait for more. The Burger was just OK, salad was good.. It'll be a whilebefore we go back, if ever. Read more

I was extremely impressed with this red Robin. Extremely friendly staff beyond measure. They really did keep the restaurant... clean and I saw them cleaning the kids booster seats quite thoroughly. The bottomless Fries is an experience but I honestlydidn't need more. These aren't boring frys. They are seasoned just right, warm, and just the right size to be filling. I likedmy gaucamole burger and would suggest it to anyone. The cups are not glass so the weight may throw you off. Delivery meals areup front if you need to pick anything up. Read more

Yum is an understatement. Red Robin doesn?t disappoint. The Royal Red Robin is ????. It?s very flavorful & juicy. I get mine... bun-less and they lettuce wrap is always fresh and crispy. Read more

This review is for the Fresh Set sub-restaurant(?) offered by Red Robin through DoorDash. Two stars because my salad was large... and pretty good (they did throw the end of a romaine heart in there though), if expensive. Loss of three stars because the BajaChicken (for a whopping $14+ for one breast or $17+ for two) was the tiniest, most measly chicken breast I think I've evergotten from a restaurant. That's a standard clothespin in the photo. The chicken patty in a McDonald's sandwich is bigger. Whata ripoff! First time trying this place and will not waste money here again. Read more
